Black Bedford County teens jailed in (White) Pa. woman's homicide
Stephanie Waters and her dogDeauntay Dontaz MoyeRyan James HardwickBEDFORD, Pa. — The two teens who have been charged as adults in the shooting death of 21-year-old Stephanie Waters of Roaring Springs were being held without bail Monday in the Bedford County Jail, according to the Bedford County District Attorney’s Office. Deauntay Dontaz Moye, 16, of Woodbury, and Ryan James Hardwick, 15, of Martinsburg, were taken into custody early Sunday morning and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Brian Baker. On Friday, the Roaring Spring Police Department received information that Waters was missing Thursday. A missing person alert was posted on the Altoona Police Department Facebook page. The Pennsylvania State Police received information Saturday that an automobile fitting the denoscription of Waters’ vehicle was parked at an abandoned house near Salemville Road in New Enterprise. Trooper Derek Schrader and Cpl. Brad Codd found Waters and her dog dead in the rear of the vehicle. They both died as a result of gunshot wounds. Waters was pronounced dead by Coroner Sam Gordon at 4:54 p.m. Saturday. It was determined that Hardwick and Moye had discussed robbing someone for marijuana for several weeks. Moye had also been talking about shooting someone for several weeks. They originally set up a deal to purchase marijuana from Waters’ boyfriend; however, Waters arrived at the agreed location. Moye and Hardwick entered the vehicle with Waters driving, Moye in the passenger seat and Hardwick in the back seat with the dog, according to the district attorney. They drove a very short distance and then parked the car. Waters then showed Moye the marijuana. Both Moye and Hardwick smelled the marijuana. Moye then pulled out the gun and shot her in the neck. A few seconds later, he shot her a second time — in the head. One of the teens then shot the dog — however, it has not yet been determined who actually fired the shots into the dog. - (Black-on-white)

The driver in the 7:30 p.m. Sunday collision fled after plowing over three members of the Hollon family, carrying a mother and baby for about 10 feet before they rolled off the vehicle. Mother Ali Hollon, 30, said that she had tried to protect her young daughter. “We just rolled on the ground and I remember just wrapping my body around her,” Ali Hollon said. “It’s almost a miracle that it wasn’t worse.” Hollon was treated for a broken nose and cuts and contusions to her face, while the baby had two small fractures to her skull. Her husband Bryan Hollon, 40, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. The family’s beloved 7-year-old Boston terrier Babel was rushed to a vet by a bystander who came to the family’s aid, but the animal could not be saved.     White inmate says cell beatdown was reprisal for Garner, Brown
A white inmate is suing the city for $10 million claiming a black correction officer beat him up as reprisal for the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner. Joseph Haggerty, who’s locked up in the Lower Manhattan courthouse jail for violating a restraining order by his ex-girlfriend, says he asked an unnamed guard to move him from an overcrowded holding pen on Sept. 18.     (White female) Irish Tourist Tearfully Confronts (black) Man Who Attacked Her
Alisha Jordan Kevin BynumNEW YORK — A woman went through an emotional confrontation in court in the Bronx Friday, as she came face-to-face with the man who attacked her. Alisha Jordan broke down in tears after she bravely faced Kevin Bynum. “Within the span of one night, my entire life changed,” she said in a victim impact statement court. Jordan, 23, was visiting from Ireland in 2012 when Bynum hit her in the face with a slab of concrete, after a night out with friends. She returned to New York on Friday so she could tell Bynum in person just how horribly he hurt her. “I suffered extensive injuries, including a fractured skull which required 10 metal plates inserted into my head, broken cheek bones, broken orbital bones, a crushed nose and cracked teeth — and all for no reason at all,” she said. Jordan underwent several surgeries to reconstruct her face. The attack, random and unprovoked, left Jordan physically and emotionally scarred. “I sat and cried almost every night about how this attack disfigured my face, and the fear of you that I lived in was crippling,” she said. Jordan said she has since moved on with her life, but the horror of that night will live with her forever. - (Black-on-white)

I had actually told him to stay off of my Facebook, so he may have gotten offended over that ,” says Yount. Thankfully, Joanie and her 3-year-old (mixed-race) son weren't home when neighbors noticed smoke coming from her house. - (Black-on-white)

Judge apologizes for only giving 5 years to black beast who raped and murdered a White 13-year-old Oakland girl
Julie McElhineyblack devilOAKLAND, CA - A 66-year-old ex-felon was sentenced Friday to 5 years to life for his second-degree murder conviction for killing a 13-year-old girl at her family's home in East Oakland 40 years ago. Alameda County Superior Court Judge Larry Goodman apologized to family members of Julie McElhiney for the lenient sentence he imposed for Curtis Tucker for killing her on Aug. 9, 1974, but said his hands are tied by the sentencing laws that were in effect at the time. "I wish there was more that I could do but there's a reason they changed the law so crimes like this would get punished more severely," Goodman said. Tucker, who has prior convictions for sexual assault and burglary, pleaded no contest to second-degree murder on July 8, just before a trial was to begin on allegations that he sexually assaulted and murdered McElhiney. According to Oakland police, McElhiney, a sixth-grader at Sequoia Elementary School, was found at about 5:40 p.m. on Aug. 9, 1974, face down on the second floor of her family's apartment at 3022 Pleitner Ave. She was then transported to Highland Hospital in Oakland, where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy said her cause of death was blunt force trauma to her head. The coroner also documented that there was an injury to her vaginal area. The case remained unsolved until 2012, when Tucker's DNA was found on the clothing that McElhiney was wearing at the time of her death. - (Black-on-white)

Black 78-year-old Oklahoma transient arrested for murdering his (White) 'Good Samaritan' who had given him free rent for decade
Fletcher FosterWilliam KelleySPERRY, Okla. – A 78-year-old man is now behind bars for first degree murder. Tulsa County Deputies say the victim had apparently been helping the suspect for a decade. Deputies found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest near Highway 75 and East 86th in Sperry, Okla. around 2:00 a.m. Sunday. Fletcher Foster was arrested at the scene for the shooting death of 42-year-old William Kelley. Investigators say Foster was a transient who had been allowed to live in the Kelley family’s warehouse for the past 10 years, free of charge. However, when Kelley and his son went into that warehouse to look for equipment, Foster did not seem to recognize the men, and deputies say Foster allegedly shot and killed Kelley. - (Black-on-white)
