Hispanic teens charged with murder of two homeless men
Alex Rios, 18, Nathaniel Carrillo, 16, and Gilbert Tafoya, 15ALBUQUERQUE – Three teenagers have been charged with murder, accused of beating two homeless men to death. Albuquerque Police called it a heinous crime on Sunday, saying at least one of the suspects involved admitted that the group was targeting transients and have done it many times before. Alex Rios, 18, Nathaniel Carrillo, 16, and Gilbert Tafoya, 15, are all charged with murder. APD say the three boys beat two homeless men to death in a vacant lot on 60th and Central early Saturday morning. “Very heinous crime,” said Officer Simon Drobik of the Albuquerque Police Department. APD is still trying to identify the two men who were killed.

   

   

Rep. Gutierrez: Obama assured me he’ll ‘stop the deportation of our people’

Luis Gutierrez told a National Council of La Raza crowd in Los Angeles that President Obama has assured him in conversations that his intent is to stop the widespread deportation of illegal Hispanics. Jean RodriguezJean Rodriguez, 23, who lives on Gerard Avenue in Concourse, followed the 20-year-old victim into the elevator of the West 163rd Street building about 11:30 p.m., police said.     Federal authorities in New Jersey have filed charges against a dozen alleged top-ranking members of the international street gang MS-13. 34-year-old Jose Juan Rodriguez-Juarez allegedly served as the leader of MS-13's "national program" and sought to bring all of the gang's local sets in the U.S. under a single leadership structure. They allegedly engaged in criminal activity in New Jersey and in jails in California, Virginia, and El Salvador, where the gang has roots.

   

   

Police: (Hispanic) Stockton Bank Robbers Intended To Kill People; Surviving 19-Year-Old Suspect Identified
Jaime RamosMisty Holt-SinghSTOCKTON — The suspects who robbed a Stockton bank and took three people hostage also intended to kill people in a running gun battle with police, according to the city’s police chief. Stockton Police Chief Eric Jones said at a news conference on Thursday he arrived at that conclusion based on the “havoc” the men created. Police say the suspects took the three women hostage on Wednesday afternoon as they made their getaway and waged a ferocious, high-speed gun battle with officers. The getaway vehicle was eventually disabled, and police and the suspects got into a shootout. One of the hostages and two suspects died. Jones said the surviving suspect, 19-year-old Jaime Ramos, appears to have used one of the hostages as a shield. Ramos of Stockton was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on homicide, kidnapping, robbery and attempted murder charges, according to police. Police say the two dead suspects are alleged gang members, 27 and 30 years old, are also from Stockton. Police have not released the identity of the hostage who was killed. Friends and family have identified her as Misty Holt-Singh. They said she was a wife and mother. “During the entire pursuit, police officers were constantly fired upon by the assailants with high-powered assault rifles,” said Stockton Police Chief Eric Jones.

Illegal immigrant charged with soliciting a minor for prostitution
Hermegildo Escamilla-GranadosIn May of 2014, a detective from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office, Vice/Narcotics Division, was contacted by Hermegildo Escamilla-Granados (Age 30 from Frederick, MD) after posting a non-sexual advertisement on a classified-based website commonly viewed by sexual offenders. The undercover officer, who posed as a 16 year old female, exchanged numerous emails with Escamilla-Granados for several weeks. During the course of the email exchanges, Escamilla-Granados solicited the undercover officer to engage in sexual intercourse for U.S. currency, requested the undercover officer send him nude photographs, and sent a photograph of his genitalia to the officer. As the result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Escamilla-Granados, charging him with prostitution and soliciting a minor for prostitution.


   

NYPD: Nearly 7-Foot-Tall Hispanic Man Sought In Washington Heights Rape
Hispanic rapistNEW YORK – Police are looking for a very tall man who they said forced his way into a Washington Heights apartment and raped a 20-year-old woman. The suspect, who is approximately 6-foot-9, pushed his way into the apartment on West 163rd Street off Broadway after the victim answered the door around 11:30 p.m. The suspect raped the victim before running off, police said. The victim was taken to Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in stable condition. The suspect is described by police as a Hispanic man between 20 and 25 years old. Police released surveillance images of the suspect in which he is seen wearing black pants and a white shirt with dark horizontal stripes.

Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Girlfriend's Murder
A Guatemalan immigrant accused of killing his girlfriend has been arrested in Houston, the Homeland Security Department announced Wednesday. On June 26, Pedro Monterroso, 43, was caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border illegally with his two children. Immigration authorities released him after they decided he had no criminal history or gang affiliation. He was told to report back to authorities once he got settled in the United States. But on Monday, Houston authorities arrested Monterroso after his girlfriend, 24-year-old Heidi Monroy, was found bludgeoned to death in the bathtub of her Louisiana apartment. Monroy had also crossed the border illegally in May.

   

   
  • Illegal immigrant nabbed in Texas with gun; serial number was filed off
    Federal agents found and arrested an illegal immigrant, Oscar Romero Martin-Zacarias, at a home in Brownsville, Texas, cuffing him on weapons charges after they discovered he was in possession of a gun. The handgun had the serial number filed off, agents said, Breitbart reported. Three other illegals were arrested at the home, too, during a raid conducted by Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Border Patrol. Mr. Romero, who’s from Guatemala, was formally charged by U.S. Magistrate Judge Ignacio Torteya of illegal possession of a firearm and ordered to be held without bond.

  • Illegal Mexican Alien Arrested And Charged With Making Fake Green Cards
    CAMDEN, NJ – A Camden man has been charged with making fake green cards. Authorities in Camden say Domingo Luna, a/k/a “Morro,” 33, was arrested by special agents of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Dec. 12, 2013 after it came to their attention that he was producing and selling false U.S. Social Security cards, permanent residence cards and driver’s licenses from a location in Camden. “Morro,” a Mexican citizen who is not in the country legally, also reportedly sold undercover officers two fake social security cards, a fraudulent permanent residence card and a Pa. driver’s license. Police later found evidence in his home that suggested a sophisticated fraudulent document-making operation, including computer equipment, a digital camera, a laminating machine and at least 25 fake cards. Luna has been charged with one count of making fake identification documents and one count of producing counterfeit permanent resident, or “green” cards. If convicted, he faces up 10-15 years in prison. - (Invasion!)

   

Illegal immigrant pleads guilty to attempted murder
 Francisco Leon-UrbalexoSanta Monica — An illegal immigrant who stabbed a man waiting for a bus with his girlfriend in Downtown has plead guilty to one count of attempted second-degree murder and was sentenced to nine years in state prison, Santa Monica police said. Upon his release from prison, authorities said Francisco Leon-Urbalexo, 40, of Sonora, Mexico will be released to the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation. Investigators used DNA evidence to link him to the stabbing, which took place Aug. 13, 2012. Police said the victim, a 19-year-old Los Angeles man, had just left a local restaurant on Santa Monica Boulevard in Downtown with his girlfriend around 6:20 p.m. when he was randomly attacked and stabbed multiple times. The victim, identified by police as Jarred Hill, was hospitalized with moderate injuries. Leon-Urbalexo fled the scene on foot. Leon-Urbalexo was tracked by Santa Monica detectives to Yuma, Ariz., where he was being held by federal authorities for illegal entry into the U.S., and brought back to California through the extradition process in June of 2013 to face criminal charges. - (Invasion!)

Their income (and) lifestyle was better than his,” the source said. The bloody suspect was caught holding the kitchen knife he used during the Saturday night rampage inside the Sunset Park apartment where he had been staying with the victims, the source added. Ming Dong Chen, 25, an illegal alien from China, was nabbed as he fled out the front door by two detectives who happened to be investigating a robbery pattern nearby when they heard a radio report about a domestic dispute involving a knife and responded to the scene, the source said. Inside, cops found a house of horrors in which all five victims were hacked to death and one — a 1-year-old boy — was decapitated, the source said.

Nebraska gubernatorial candidate blames federal immigration policy in ‘horrendous’ rape case
A Nebraska state senator and Republican gubernatorial candidate is linking the rape and death of a 93-year-old woman to his push for restrictive legislation targeting immigrants. State Sen. Charlie Janssen (R) wrote in a letter to the Lincoln Journal-Star that the July 21 death of Louise Sollowin “is undeniable evidence that our borders are not secure and we have no idea who is entering our country. The result of the federal government’s failure here — not only criminal violence but human trafficking and drug smuggling — has cost our state immeasurably.” According to the Omaha World-Herald, the suspect, 19-year-old Sergio Martinez-Perez, has been placed under a detainer by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials, on suspicion of entering the U.S. illegally. Wis - A 20-year-old sex assault suspect appeared in Marathon County court yesterday. Prosecutors charged Eduardo Organista-Temich with two counts of molesting a 7-year-old girl. One of the incidents happened while the child's mother was in another room preparing dinner. Prosecutors also said Eduardo Organista-Temich is in the country illegally. If he's found guilty, he'd be turned over to the feds for a deportation hearing after serving his sentence. The charges came after the child told a social worker that she was touched inappropriately. Organista-Temich was then arrested at a Rib Mountain restaurant where he works as a cook. - (Invasion!)

Arlex Cardenas-FloresVA - An illegal immigrant faces up to ten years in prison, after being convicted of an attack on a Virginia Tech student from 2012. Arlex Cardenas-Flores was found guilty of felony abduction during a trial in circuit court. Investigators say early on the day of Friday, June 29, 2012, Cardenas-Flores attacked graduate student Shannon Sweeney on the Henderson Lawn, and tried to force her into a pick-up truck parked nearby. Officers say the drive(r) of the truck, Felix Ramirez Miranda, saw the attack, got out, and pulled Cardenas-Flores off of Sweeney. This allowed Sweeney to escape. A witness helped Sweeney and called police. The Virginia Tech Police Department determined Cardenas-Flores was working on a construction crew at the old Shultz Dining Hall building at the time. Cardenas-Flores faces sentencing in September. ICE has filed to have Cardena-Flores deported after he serves his prison sentence. - (Invasion!)

   

   

Illegal immigrant charged with intoxication manslaughter in Harris County deputy’s death - (news item posted May 20, 2013)
Andres Munos-MunosThe man accused of hitting and killing a Harris County sheriff’s deputy while driving drunk was in the country illegally, a judge said in court overnight. Andres Munos-Munos, 23, was charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of Sgt. Dwayne Polk. According to the Houston Police Department, Munos-Munos allegedly ran a red light on Little York at N. Shepherd and hit Polk's personal truck shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday. HPD said there were no skid marks to indicate Munos-Munos even attempted to stop prior to the crash. The deputy died at the scene. He was in uniform, and officials believe he was driving home following an off-duty job. The suspect accused in Polk’s death has had trouble with the law before. Records show he was arrested on June 10, 2012 for driving while intoxicated. He also was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon. He was deported in July 2012, but later returned to the U.S. - (Invasion!)

Antonio Lopez Bautista is being tried on charges of assault, attempted rape and attempted kidnapping. He's accused of dragging the woman from a car, beating her and trying to rape her. During opening arguments this morning, the prosecutor described in detail the horror the victim went through as she endured a three-minute attack near a Saratoga Springs restaurant. - (Invasion!)

Mohammed MukhtarAn 18-year-old from Portland pleaded guilty Thursday to breaking into a woman's apartment as she slept and raping her. Mohammed Mukhtar had sought to be tried on the charges as a juvenile. Under his plea agreement, Mukhtar, who came to this country as a boy from war-torn Somalia, will face eight years in prison and could be deported after he is released. Communicating through a translator and speaking in a mix of Somali and English, Mukhtar pleaded guilty Thursday to three felonies -- gross sexual assault, burglary and aggravated criminal trespassing -- and one misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing.     Two Mexicans from Mexico charged with raping a mentally challenged West Virginia woman in Washington County last summer have pleaded guilty to federal charges and will go to prison. Jesus Tapia Montes, 38, and Elmer Ramirez, 44, both roofers living in Washington, Pa., and both in the country illegally, pleaded Monday in U.S. District Court to transporting a person across state lines for sex. The FBI found DNA from both men on her clothes and skin. - (Invasion!)

   

Illegal immigrant Jose Guadalupe Ramirez-Ambriz wanted for rape of a child under age 13 Jose Guadalupe Ramirez-Ambriz
Graham, NC -- Detectives with the Alamance County Sheriff's Office and officers with the US Marshals' Fugitive Task Force, are looking for Jose Guadalupe Ramirez-Ambriz, 38. Ramirez-Ambriz is wanted on multiple counts of First Degree Statutory Sex Offense with a child under age 13 and Indecent Liberties with a Minor. The investigation started in February after Detectives were notified by the Department of Social Services (DSS). DSS said they were contacted about the case by a school counselor. Investigators say Ramirez-Ambriz's last known address was on Calloway Dr. in Mebane. They said he goes by other names which are Jose Ramires and Jose Guadalupe Ramires. Ramirez-Ambriz is an undocumented alien with arrests histories in Alamance county, Johnston county and Hendersonville, NC. The sheriff's office said he also has arrest records in the states of Oregon and Utah. Detectives said they have information that Ramirez-Ambriz may be trying to leave the state and return to Mexico. - (Invasion!)


   
  • Illegal immigrant wanted for raping child arrested in Hyattsville
    An El Salvadoran man who was wanted for raping a child in California was arrested on Monday in Hyattsville, authorities said. Santos Javier Guevara-Oliva, 33, was charged earlier this month in Santa Barbara, Calif., with aggravated sexual assault on a child under 14 years of age and forcible rape, according to U.S. Immigration and Custom's Enforcement officials. Officers with ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations determined that Guevara-Oliva had been deported in December 2010 because he had felony convictions. At a later point in time, Guevara-Oliva reentered the United States and took up residence in the Santa Barbara area. Guevara-Oliva then fled to Maryland, and he was arrested at his home in Hyattsville. - (Invasion!)

Luis Arturo Sanchez, 23, entered a guilty plea this afternoon in Brunswick County Superior Court to first degree rape. Prosecutors say at the time of the crime, Sanchez was in the United States illegally. Alfredo Lopez Cruz, an illegal immigrant gets 3 life terms for rape of 9-year-old girl
Back in 2005, she was a happy 9-year-old girl who liked to ride her pink “Princess” bicycle around her Sycamore Street neighborhood with friends. Six years later she was a neatly dressed teen sitting in a courtroom surrounded by her adoptive parents as the man who yanked her off her beloved bike and spent hours raping her in his home was sentenced to life in prison. Alfredo Lopez Cruz, an illegal immigrant and married father of two from Mexico, will have to serve 30 years in an Ohio prison before he is eligible for parole. He was also designated a sexual predator. Through an interpreter, Cruz spoke to the girl and her family before Judge Keith Spaeth announced his sentence – three consecutive prison terms of ten years to life. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!)

    Police are looking for a 30-year-old alleged illegal immigrant accused of having sex with an 11-year-old girl in Chambersburg. Jorge Alfaro-Alfaro was charged with two counts of raping a child, a first-degree felony, and a warrant was issued for his arrest Thursday. Chambersburg police said the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement also has an active warrant for his deportation back to his native Mexico. Illegal immigrant accused of raping and killing a baby girl
Juan Galindo’The Albuquerque Police said they arrested an illegal alien on charges of sexual assault and murdering his girlfriend’s one-month-old baby girl. Authorities found the baby in a pool of her own blood with visible vaginal and anal tears along with two black eyes. The suspect, Juan Galindo’s criminal record includes drug and alcohol abuse as well as assaulting another child. Illegal migrant who raped pre-teen girls gets 170 years
A Salem-area man convicted of repeatedly raping two underage girls has been sentenced to more than 170 years in prison. Judge Dennis Graves handed down the sentence against Juan De Dios Cruz-Rojas after he was convicted by juries of kidnapping, strangulation, sodomy, eight counts of rape, four counts of sex abuse, multiple counts of fourth-degree assault and several other charges. "Mr. Cruz-Rojas, you are the most self-centered, selfish individual I have ever met," Graves said during a sentencing hearing Dec. 9. "Your crimes are the most evil crimes I have ever had to suffer through listening to. ... Your treatment of children is inexcusable, disgusting and terribly harmful. Ahmed SuleMinn. - An Ethiopian refugee convicted of sexually assaulting a blind 84-year-old Minnesota man has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in prison. Ahmed Sule was sentenced to 28 years, 10 months. He'll be deported when he's released. Sule broke into the Fridley home of the elderly cancer patient. Juan Perez-JeronimoLexington County deputies have arrested a 42-year-old Leesville man who’s accused of killing his nephew early Sunday morning. Investigators say Juan Perez-Jeronimo stabbed Diego Alonzo in a house where the two men rented separated bedrooms. The stabbing appears to be related to a financial dispute between the two. Mexican sentenced to 10 years for rape of 7-year-old
A 46-year-old East Naples man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Thursday after pleading no contest to the attempted rape of a 7-year-old. Eduardo Jaraleno, 46, was charged in 2008 with four counts of sexual battery after Collier County sheriff's deputies said he raped a girl several times between the ages of 6 and 10. He pleaded to the lesser charges, which occurred when he was 36 years old and the girl was 7. The victim told her mother that Jaraleno sexually touched and raped her several times, holding her down. The victim told deputies Jaraleno threatened to harm her if she reported the abuse. Jaraleno, a native of Mexico, also received 10 years of probation in addition to his prison sentence. Hugo Elmer Garcia faces nine felony charges, including armed robbery, kidnapping and rape, all with special allegations. If he's convicted on all counts, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. Reports described the sound as "surreal," maybe the moaning of a wounded mountain lion. All believed the voice was coming from someone or something in distress. The voice belonged to a 26-year-old woman, who police found in a church parking lot. DNA evidence collected from the scene matched a felony database sample from Dominguez.

A man locked up in the Santa Fe County jail on an immigration charge is now also accused of raping a 4-year-old girl. New Mexico State Police say Martín Soriano, 43, is in custody held on suspicion of child rape, child molestation and aggravated indecent exposure. Investigators say the alleged victim told other family members about the alleged abuse after being left for babysitting at Soriano's house. Miguel Oros, 33, of Tabasco, Mexico is wanted for allegedly raping an 87-year-old woman in Iberia Parish in August 2009. He's currently in Mississippi facing sexual assault charges against five women aged 59 and older. Oros will face those charges before he's extradited to Iberia Parish. He was arrested in Cancun, Mexico for outstanding warrants from the United States Marshal's Office. Oros was a welder and was arrested 15 months ago in Mexico. Oros was extradited and arraigned on three counts of rape, seven of sexual battery and five of burglary. Authorities have said Oros also is suspected in a 2005 attack in Lauderdale County. Delgado-Lopez spoke through a Spanish-language interpreter. A Quincy man is being held without bail after being charged with raping a 5-year-old girl he drove to daycare and other offenses against three other children. Sergio Lara, 53, is also accused of sexually assaulting another girl and has been charged with other crimes involving two young boys. Lara drove the children to and from daycare.
