boysexfriend killed the White mother and White brother of his
defiled white girlsexfriend MERRILLVILLE — Police have secured murder charges against a 35-year-old in connection with Tuesday’s double homicide that killed a mother and son. Robert Stewart, of Merrillville, was charged Thursday with two counts of murder — along with enhancements for using a gun during the crime — in the shooting deaths of Ryan Halbe, 27, and his mother, Candy Halbe, 55, in the 2400 block of West 61st Place. Police responded at about 9:20 p.m. Tuesday to the home for a report of two people shot. Around the same time, a Crown Point K-9 officer used a police dog to track down Stewart hiding blocks away in a shed. In an interview with police, the suspect’s girlfriend told police Stewart lives with the family at Candy Halbe’s 61st Place home. She said Stewart has “issues with abusing alcohol” and “when he drinks, he gets violent.” The woman said while out running errands with Stewart and her young son, she questioned Stewart about his drinking, but he denied it, records show. When they returned home, a family argument ensued after an intoxicated Stewart allegedly “forcefully grabbed” and “pushed aside” a young child in the home. Shortly after Candy Halbe and Stewart’s girlfriend began arguing with him in the basement, Ryan Halbe joined them and grabbed Stewart by the shoulder, prompting Stewart to grab a gun from his waistband. The feud erupted in gunfire after Ryan Halbe said to Stewart, “Why you waving a gun around? I don’t want to kick your (expletive).” As Stewart fled the home, Ryan Halbe bled out onto the floor. “Dad, I’m dying,” he said, as his mother, Candy Halbe, lay on a nearby mattress, bleeding from a gunshot wound to her stomach. Family
remembers (White) woman killed in lower South Hill shooting by
(black) African American woman SPOKANE, Wash. - Right now the hunt for a killer is going into it's 3rd night. Spokane Police say a woman shot two people at the Westview Manor Apartments on the South Hill Tuesday evening. The complex manager, Mike Troy, was shot in the head and rushed to the hospital. The second victim was the complex owner, 59-year-old Danette Kane. She was killed. The family says they're devastated, losing a loved one in such a tragic way. As for why she was shot? Tonight it remains a mystery. When officers arrived they found Danette dead in a stairwell and Mike was rushed to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head. Danette's brother-in-law Jim Kilmer says she was just trying to help Mike after he was shot. She died just feet away from her apartment. Jim describes her as beautiful on the inside as out. "She's a caring person," Jim says. "She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. I guess that was evident in the way that she responded to this incident. She sees somebody that is shot in the parking lot and her first reaction is to run out and try to help this person. It's a true testament to her character." The night of the shooting, Major Crimes Detectives spent hours on scene, later releasing a composite sketch of the person they're searching for, describing the shooter as an African American woman between 25 and 35 years old. Jim says the focus now should be getting this killer off the streets. "The scary part for us is this person gunned down two people and it could've been more," Jim said. "This person is still out there." If you have any information on the shooting you're asked to call Crime Check at 456 2233. - (Black-on-white) |

n*word who allegedly killed (white) 18-year-old teen then
himself nearly killed his ex-girlfriend too KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The ex-girlfriend of a 22-year-old man who police say is the suspect in an apparent murder-suicide says he also tried to kill her. Kansas City police confirmed a body found early Wednesday near 85th Street and Hillcrest was that of 18-year-old Mikayla Norris, who was reported missing Sunday after she didn't show up for work at Jack Stack in Overland Park. Then 22-year-old Kareem McCoy-Lee was found dead in Norris' car behind the Liberty Commons mall. Police believe McCoy-Lee killed Norris and took his own life. In between their deaths, police believe McCoy-Lee also tried to kill his ex-girlfriend, 22-year-old Bryanna Spencer. Spencer’s family took McCoy-Lee in as a son when the two started dating, but the relationship quickly turned violent. When Spencer ended it for good, McCoy-Lee allegedly arched a plan to kill her and her mother. On Tuesday, Spencer said McCoy-Lee pulled up to her car in Norris’ car and began shooting at her. The bullet went past her face, narrowly missing her head. “I just smelled it, and I immediately put the car in reverse, backed out, made a U-Turn going back into traffic,” Spencer said. “And I was speeding, hoping that some police officer is going to follow behind the both of us, and if he started shooting, they would shoot back. I don’t know, but I was hoping it would catch the attention of somebody.” Spencer was on her own, running from certain death when her tires went flat and she hit a tree. Spencer spotted two men working on a billboard in a field on South Stewart Street. “As I got out the car I ran, I ran towards the men," she said. "He shot at me, fired a few shots at me and I am like, 'Please help me, help me, he is trying to kill me.' And I go around to his passenger side, and I am like, 'Are you going to help me?' and he is like, 'Yeah get in, get in.' So as soon as I get into the car, we see that Kareem drives off. I was a little shaken up from that. I was just kind of in hysterics, and I was nervous because I am like, 'No we gotta go. What if he comes back?' And he was like, 'You are all right. You are OK.'” Spencer said she had never heard of Mikayla Norris before but found out the two met on Tinder. In a Facebook post by McCoy-Lee outlining his plan to kill Spencer and her mom, he referred to Norris, saying the “white girl was just a (pawn) for the car.” “It just hurts me because I am just like, 'That poor girl. She really didn’t deserve anything. She had absolutely nothing to do with this,” Spencer said. “She was just literally a pawn in his sick twisted game.” - (Black-on-white) |

Jermaine Hines Jr., 24, was arrested about 2 a.m. Thursday. Police have not released information regarding the circumstances surrounding his arrest. He will be held in the Cleveland City Jail until his first court appearance on Friday. Hines is charged with ethnic intimidation, a fifth-degree felony. Hines attacked the woman "simply because she was white," according to court records. The woman does not know Hines, who a detective said in court records is affiliated with an unnamed street gang. The woman "is in constant fear because (Hines) has been seen walking around her neighborhood, and she fears he will attack her or some other person simply because of the color of their skin," court records say. The attack happened about 5:45 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 2900 block of Archwood Avenue in the city's Brooklyn Centre neighborhood. Hines walked up to the woman without saying anything and punched her, knocking her to the ground, police said. The attack was entirely unprovoked, court records say. Hines then yelled at the woman and accused her of being in the Ku Klux Klan. He also said she was a "white supremacist," according to police. prison negro inmate raped WF teacher at understaffed unit A Texas prison inmate already behind bars for burglary was charged this weekend with aggravated sexual assault he allegedly raped a teacher at Ferguson Unit in Madison County. The prison system's Office of the Inspector General served an arrest warrant on Xavier Johnson, just days after teacher Nicole Truelove went public with her allegations and tearfully called on Gov. Greg Abbott to pursue criminal charges. The Windham School District employee said last week she plans to file a lawsuit against the state over the Nov. 13 sex assault inside a classroom at the understaffed unit with no working cameras and no guards in sight. The 2,400-inmate unit has a 25 percent vacancy rate for guards, according to the latest Texas Department of Criminal Justice data. "This never should have happened; it could have been easily avoided," her attorney David Lindsay said last week. "And if changes aren't made by the Department of Criminal Justice, this will happen again." The outburst of violence came after Truelove, a new teacher with the school district that serves TDCJ prisoners, allegedly spotted Johnson masturbating in class. After repeated warnings, she wrote him up. But as class let out, the multiple felon stayed back, hiding behind the door. There were no officers in the area to stop him when he allegedly grabbed Truelove by the hair and slammed her against the door before assaulting her and threatening her children. - (Black-on-white) |

female thief steals treadmill meant for (White) dad battling
cancer from Raytown man’s porch RAYTOWN, Mo. — A metro man says a thief dragged a heavy package off his porch, but she had no clue just how meaningful those 66 pounds were to its recipient. “It just looks like furniture or something,” Matt Elwonger said. But that beaten-up brown box had something important inside: a new treadmill to keep Elwonger's dad active as he battles cancer. The thief, caught on home security camera, stole the package off his porch. The woman ran up in a blue hoodie and dark pants, wearing only socks on her feet. “When I watched her carry it out, I thought, ‘How heavy can that be?’ So I looked it up. The shipping weight on Amazon is 66 pounds,” Elwonger said. He believes that might have been why she dumped it, or she just didn’t have any interest in a treadmill. “She opened it, and it wasn’t what she wanted so she just threw it out in the street,” he said. - (Black-on-white) |
