Anthony HolleyDebra GreenJACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A former hospital security guard has been arrested and charged with five counts of misdemeanor battery after five employees at Memorial Hospital accused him of assaulting them on the job. Anthony Holley, 47, was arrested Saturday, and if convicted could face up to a year in the Duval County jail on each count, the State Attorney's Office said. Debra Green, who'd been a nurse at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville for nearly 17 years, said Holley attacked her in the emergency room of the hospital in July. Since Green came forward, four other women have made similar allegations.     Psychiatrist: Black man charged with stabbing his white ex-wife has PTSD
Christopher JamesChristopher JamesTerry ChiodoPORTSMOUTH, R.I. — A man who was accused of stabbing his ex-wife on a RIPTA bus is now being evaluated for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Christopher James confessed to stabbing Terry Chiodo in February of 2013. A judge is going to allow a forensic psychiatrist to testify during James’ domestic murder hearing. According to the psychiatrist, James has PTSD and couldn’t have acted with premeditation. Chiodo was concerned that James would hurt her. “Chiodo had told (the witness) multiple times that she did not feel safe around the defendant and felt that he was going to kill her.” James’ lawyer has filed a number of motions asking the judge to throw out a taped confession from James. The video recording of the confession showed James rocking back and forth, sobbing on the floor at one point, however the judge said there was nothing to suggest that he was incapacitated by his emotions and allowed the confession. Jury selection is slated to begin on Monday. - (Black-on-white)

Black woman who attacked White nurse gets probation; victims' supporters fill courtroom in show of solidarity
Barbara Ward Sierra McDonaldDozens of nurses filled a Multnomah County courtroom Friday afternoon to watch the sentencing of a woman who hurt one of their own. Sierra McDonald, 25, was given five years probation for assaulting a nurse -- breaking her arm "like a chicken wing" -- and harassing a doctor. The medical professionals in attendance, many still dressed in blue scrubs, said the case illustrates the need for stricter laws and better enforcement when patients behave badly. Barbara Ward, a nurse at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, was caring for McDonald in September when she was assaulted. McDonald broke her left arm "like a chicken wing," Ward said, and co-workers had to pull McDonald off of her. The attack occurred in front of McDonald's two young children. Ian McKenna, an emergency room doctor at Randall Children's Hospital, said McDonald called him repeatedly and threatened to harm his wife and family.  He said he'd provided medical care for McDonald many times and took her threats seriously. A third nurse said McDonald had yelled at her while providing her medication in prison. - (Black-on-white)

Timothy Johnson JrMerle ForbesGRANT COUNTY, Wis. - A Grant County judge sentenced a 26-year-old man to 50 years in prison and 18 years of supervised release for robbing, kidnapping and killing a Platteville taxi driver in June 2014. In November, Timmy Johnson, Jr. pleaded no contest to first degree reckless homicide, armed robbery with use of force, and kidnapping. The criminal complaint said Johnson admitted to killing 79-year-old Merle Forbes. Police said Johnson stabbed Forbes multiple times and put him in the trunk of the car. He drove to La Crosse and led police on a high speed chase before crashing. An autopsy report showed assault to be the cause of death.     Trial of black man accused of murdering a white man pushed back due to witness search
Limmie Greg Curry IIIWilliam “Billie” ReidThe murder trial for the man accused of murdering a Willow Creek resident in early 2010 was rescheduled during a trial readiness hearing Wednesday at the Humboldt County Superior Courthouse after the prosecution indicated a potential time conflict with another upcoming murder trial and a need to secure witnesses. Limmie Greg Curry III, 24, stood handcuffed in the courtroom wearing an orange jail jumpsuit. Curry is accused of murdering 46-year-old William “Billie” Reid on Feb. 3, 2010, at a rural property off State Route 299 near Willow Creek, allegedly to rob him and take over his marijuana growing operation. The prosecution also alleged that Curry and a conspirator — Reid’s roommate Eddie Lee — burned Reid’s body before burying the charred skeletal remains at the site of an old marijuana grow on Reid’s property. Lee was acquitted of his charges after Feeney ruled in October 2014 that there wasn’t enough evidence for the case to go to the jury. As a result of that decision, the district attorney’s office is barred from appealing and charging Lee with the same charges in the future. - (Black-on-white)

Unarmed White Aurora teen robbed by two worthless criminal blacks on bus and shot for his cell phone tells story
dangerous armed black robberdangerous armed black robberJordan HoughAURORA, Colo. - An Aurora man who was robbed on an RTD bus and shot over his cell phone, said he hopes someone will come forward with information. No one would blame Jordan Hough if he didn't feel up to telling his story with his jaw wired shut, but the 19-year-old said he refuses to live in fear while the guys who shot him walk. "I know that as long as I get through this, I'll be stronger than I was before," said Hough. "And I know if they're willing to do it once, they'll definitely do it again." Hough was taking the bus home from work at 10 p.m. Friday, texting on his phone near the back door. When the bus came to a stop at East 30th Avenue and Worchester Street, a man standing by the door grabbed Hough's cell phone out of his hands and ran. Hough immediately jumped off the bus to chase him. "(I did it) because it was a $700 phone that I had paid for in full in one payment," said Hough. "I need it for work and to be able afford rent and food and everything. It was important." The 6-foot-4 inch Hough said he didn't think about his own safety, until he noticed the second man running behind him and heard the gunshots. "I always carry a pocket knife on me. So yes, it was really bring a knife to a gun fight," he said with a small smile. The first bullet hit Hough in the back, nicking his kidney and lodging in his abdomen. "With that gunshot wound, it didn't go all the way through, so they had to do an incision on my stomach to get out the bullet," he said. The second bullet went straight through his jaw. Four days in the hospital and two surgeries later, he is now recovering at home -- relieved he wasn't killed over a cell phone. "I'll still take the bus," he said, "but yes, I think I'll be more aware of who's around me and what's going on." Aurora police are now releasing a more detailed denoscription of the two suspects: Two black males in their mid-to late-teens, both between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a medium build. One had short hair and was wearing a black windbreaker with a hood. Police said the other had a short afro-style haircut and a jungle camouflaged jacket. He was carrying a black and white camouflaged backpack with distinctive red basketball shoes. - (Black-on-white)

Black man convicted in (White) 3-year-old's death up for parole
Adrian WilliamsJason EversSPRINGFIELD TWP, OH - A Cincinnati man is up for parole after he was convicted for the kidnapping and the death of a 3-year-old boy more than 30 years ago. Jason Evers was last seen by the YMCA near his Springfield Township home in 1982. Adrian Williams has served 33 years in prison for this crime. Evers would have turned 36 on January 6th. All that remains are photographs, a lock of his hair, and three years of memories. "He was a sweet little boy, innocent, there was no reason for somebody to take his life," said Jason's father Bob Evers. In 1982, Adrian Williams kidnapped Jason Evers and for 43 agonizing days, the family searched for the toddler. The devastating truth came when Williams was arrested after leading authorities to where Evers was found buried in a shallow grave. "He went everywhere with me so it's really hard for me and it's not fair that he's gone," said Amy Evers. Williams, a teenager at the time, was convicted of kidnapping and involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 14 to 50 years behind bars. Williams, who turns 50 in May, now prepares for his seventh parole hearing. Last week, the Evers launched another petition to keep Williams in the Chillicothe Correctional Institution for the remaining 17 years of his sentence. "My brother no longer has a voice so we're his voice and we want to keep his killer behind bars as long as possible," said Amy Evers. So far the petition has more than 10 thousand signatures and family members plan to deliver them to the Ohio Parole Board in March. - (Black-on-white)

All four (black) cowardly terrorist suspects arrested after Polk robbery, slayings of two unarmed White women - one 72-years-old
Michael Gordon, Jovan Lamb, Devon McCune and Terrell WilliamsPatricia Moran, 72, and her daughter Deborah Moran, 51White pawn shop victim holds 'hands up - don't shoot'Four suspects were arrested after a Polk County crime spree that started with a pawn shop robbery, led to a shootout with a police officer and ended with the killings of a 72-year-old Haines City woman and her daughter. Michael Gordon, 34, of Lakeland, was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Patrica Moran and her 51-year-old daughter Deborah Royal. Gordon also was charged with armed robbery and attempted murder on a law enforcement officer, along with 22-year-old Devonere McCune, 25-year-old Jovan Lamb and 29-year-old Terrell Williams, all of Haines City. The crime spree began Thursday evening with a robbery at Cash America Pawn. Surveillance images show the intruders in white hoodies with assault rifles. Witnesses said three were inside the store while one waited outside in a red GMC Jimmy. Polk Sheriff Grady Judd said the “well-designed” robbery was planned “to incite terror” among store employees. He said the foursome even called 911 with a false report of a shooting to distract police. Judd said a Haines City police officer spotted the Jimmy and when he attempted to pull it over the suspects started firing at the officer’s patrol car from the SUV. The officer was not injured. The vehicle eventually became stuck in sand and all four men ran. Authorities caught up with McCune when he was bitten by a sheriff’s K-9. A short time later, officers learned from a resident about suspicious activity at a neighbor’s house on Astor Drive. When authorities surrounded the house, a blue car came barreling out of the garage, straight at them. Judd said officers fired “many times.” The vehicle went a short distance before it also got stuck in sand. Gordon was the only person in the car and he was arrested. He suffered gunshot wounds and bites from a K-9. His injuries were not life-threatening. Officers then found the bodies of Moran and Royal inside the house, “viciously” killed in a way “much too graphic to describe,” Judd said. Moments earlier, one of the men had knocked on the door of a woman’s home, claiming to be a police officer. When the woman saw through a glass door it wasn’t an officer, and when the man asked to use her phone, she shut the door and called 911. - (Black-on-white)

UK: White woman stabbed to death by black father of their biracial child
Andre Bright Victoria AdamsA man on trial accused of murdering the mother of his child while high on cocaine allegedly told police their taser was not strong enough after being shot with a stun gun. Victoria Adams, 22, is said to have twice fled her home at Springwood Hall Road, Oldham, in fear of Andre Bright in the build-up to her death on the morning of December 8, 2013. Manchester Crown Court heard he admits stabbing her at her home, but says he 'acted unconsciously’ and did not intend to harm her. Prosecutor Mark Kellet alleges that Bright, 30, who had been an on-off relationship with Miss Adams since she was 16 and he was 23, was drunk and high on cocaine at the time of the killing, but ‘knew what he was doing’ and intended to kill or cause serious harm. - (Black-on-white) - (UK)

Black Bedford County teens jailed in (White) Pa. woman's homicide
Stephanie Waters and her dogDeauntay Dontaz MoyeRyan James HardwickBEDFORD, Pa. — The two teens who have been charged as adults in the shooting death of 21-year-old Stephanie Waters of Roaring Springs were being held without bail Monday in the Bedford County Jail, according to the Bedford County District Attorney’s Office. Deauntay Dontaz Moye, 16, of Woodbury, and Ryan James Hardwick, 15, of Martinsburg, were taken into custody early Sunday morning and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Brian Baker. On Friday, the Roaring Spring Police Department received information that Waters was missing Thursday. A missing person alert was posted on the Altoona Police Department Facebook page. The Pennsylvania State Police received information Saturday that an automobile fitting the denoscription of Waters’ vehicle was parked at an abandoned house near Salemville Road in New Enterprise. Trooper Derek Schrader and Cpl. Brad Codd found Waters and her dog dead in the rear of the vehicle. They both died as a result of gunshot wounds. Waters was pronounced dead by Coroner Sam Gordon at 4:54 p.m. Saturday. It was determined that Hardwick and Moye had discussed robbing someone for marijuana for several weeks. Moye had also been talking about shooting someone for several weeks. They originally set up a deal to purchase marijuana from Waters’ boyfriend; however, Waters arrived at the agreed location. Moye and Hardwick entered the vehicle with Waters driving, Moye in the passenger seat and Hardwick in the back seat with the dog, according to the district attorney. They drove a very short distance and then parked the car. Waters then showed Moye the marijuana. Both Moye and Hardwick smelled the marijuana. Moye then pulled out the gun and shot her in the neck. A few seconds later, he shot her a second time — in the head. One of the teens then shot the dog — however, it has not yet been determined who actually fired the shots into the dog. - (Black-on-white)
