Serial Rapist Black Receives Life Sentence For Silver Spring Rape
DNA evidence connects Fletcher Anderson Worrell to 8 other rapes - The man who police and prosecutors believe was the "Silver Spring Rapist" has been sentenced in Maryland to life in prison. And that sentence will not begin until he completes prison sentences for other rapes in New York and in New Jersey. A Silver Spring woman testified at Worrell's trial that in 1991, she was sleeping in a bed with her then-seven-year-old-son when she was accosted in the middle of the night by a man armed with a knife. She told the jury her rapist threatened to "slit the throat" of her son unless she cooperated. DNA evidence left by the rapist led police to Worrell, who had been convicted of one rape in New York and two rapes in New Jersey. A federal judge sentenced Demario Atwater who admitted shooting and killing UNC student body president Eve Carson in 2008 to life in prison Thursday. Investigators say Atwater and Lovette kidnapped 22-year-old Carson from her Chapel Hill home on March 5, 2008 and then drove her around in her SUV to various ATMs in Chapel Hill and Durham. Police are looking for a 30 year-old man who allegedly broke into the home of a woman and attempted to rape her last week. The Kent County Prosecutor's office has issued a warrant for Dewitt Lee Vinson charging him with home invasion and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration as a habitual offender. Black suspected murderer indicates "hatred" for white race, law enforcement
A man wanted in connection to two recent murders in Aiken County as well as arson is also suspected in the brutal beating of a female Richmond County business owner on Wednesday night who remains in critical condition as of Friday. Information obtained on Friday shows racial hostility could also be playing a roll in the choice of his victims. Franklin Wright, 55, of Aiken County is considered to be on foot, armed, and “extremely dangerous”. Wright is described as a black male, 6 feet tall and weighing 195 pounds. No current clothing denoscription is available. According to a national broadcast obtained on Friday, Wright is “armed and dangerous” and “writings found in his home indicate hatred for (the) white race and law enforcement”. The broadcast also stated, “approach with caution, aggressive response to confrontation should be anticipated. Subject is prone to violence and has (an) extensive history”. Wright was last seen in the Hephzibah, Ga. area Thursday night and has been reported to have a handgun. STATESVILLE, N.C. -- A jury found 21-year-old Andrew Ramseur guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Ramseur’s trial began May 19. On Dec. 16, 2009, store clerk Jennifer Vincek and customer Jeffrey Peck were killed at a Shell station on Broad Street in Statesville. Police charged Ramseur with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

During the trial, prosecution presented testimony from the store manager, the man who found the two victims after the shooting, and a woman who said Ramseur had stayed at her home. The man who found the victims said he saw Ramseur drive away from the convenience store in a van. The prosecution also showed surveillance video from cameras inside the store at the time of the incident. The woman whose home Ramseur had stayed in said it was him in the video and that he was wearing her hooded jacket. The surveillance video showed the robbery and ensuing shootings. David Wright, Vincek’s fiancé, said the footage was difficult to watch. “It's the first time I had seen it,” Wright, who is now raising the couple's two daughters, 4-year-old Jazmyn and 2-year-old Samara, said.   Mississippi police have a 22-year-old Black man in custody for the death of a prominent white supremacist that was found stabbed, beaten and set on fire. Vincent McGee of Rankin County, Mississippi is in police custody for the death of lawyer Richard Barrett. Police say McGee who previously did yard work for the well known supremacist and lived nearby, murdered him but a motive is still unknown. Barrett, a Vietnam War veteran, traveled the country sharing his anti-Black and anti-immigration ideas and cofounded the Nationalist Movement, a white supremacist organization. The war vet was also responsible for organizing a protest of Martin Luther King day in Jena, Louisiana where the infamous Jena 6 case took place. Vincent McGee is facing charges of murder and arson. Dealing with violent death changes a person forever. The thought has been in my mind as I've followed the court action in the kidnapping, rape, murder and torture of Christopher Newsom and Channon Christian, who were guilty only of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. That there are predators among us, masquerading as ordinary human beings - capable of such hideous acts - came as no surprise to me. I've met them before. They resemble us, but they are not like us.   Medical Examiners stated that Christopher, barefoot, was then dragged outside the house to nearby railroad tracks where his clothing was doused with gasoline and he was set on fire. Christopher was then shot multiple times in the back, neck, and head. The group left his dead body on the railroad tracks.

  With Christopher gone, the group of toilet scum then focused on Channon, who probably could not have anticipated the horrors which she, herself was about to face for the next few days. Yes, days.From the early hours of Sunday morning until Tuesday, Channon was savagely raped and sexually tortured by the group. They took turns raping her vaginally, orally, and anally, assaulting her with foreign objects repeatedly, causing injuries so extensive that they were classified as mutilations by the Medical Examiner.
  
  According to the County Coroner, “Channon suffered extensive injuries in the genital region and mouth, including the tearing of the membrane that connected her lips to her gums.”To add to the degradation, the group then took turns urinating on Channon, probably as she begged for her young life to be spared.
  
  According to court documentation, Channon, at some point was forced to drink bleach while still alive because her assailants wanted to get rid of any DNA evidence that would incriminate them. Channon was then hog tied with strips of curtain and bedding. Her face was tightly covered with a small trash bag and while still alive, her body was shoved into larger trash bags and placed in a trash receptacle inside of the kitchen. According to the Coroner:

  “It was a slow asphyxia death….my conclusion was she actually died in the trash can.”

Tulsa black arrested on complaints of kidnapping and murderof a 13-year-old White girl
Tulsa police have arrested a man in connection with the disappearance of a 13-year-old Union Alternative School student. Online jail records indicate that Marquis Milton Bullock, 18, faces charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping. Investigators believe he picked up Cori Baker, 13, after school on Friday afternoon. Baker reportedly told friends that Bullock was going to take her to the mall to get a Christmas present for her sister. Police documents indicate that detectives arrested Bullock after interviewing witnesses who said that he has a relationship with Baker's sister.The arrest report indicates that Bullock's denoscription matches that of the man seen picking the girl up from school, and his vehicle -- a red Firebird -- was caught on tape at the school parking lot.
