Police: "We need to find the (black female) attackers," and Westlake Park victim SEATTLE — Her face is bloodied, bruised, and swollen, but the woman seen staggering away from a vicious public beating in broad daylight is still a mystery to police. "We don't know where to find her, and we need to," Seattle Police Detective Renee Witt said. Even veteran SPD officers were astonished when they saw the cellphone video, which shows a defenseless woman being punched, kicked and stomped relentlessly by three other women for almost 60 seconds. The attack happened in the middle of crowded Westlake Park, and no one there seemed interested in stopping it. Officers detained three suspects in a nearby alley, but eyewitnesses would not identify them as the assailants, so officers had no choice but to let them go. "We know who those suspects are and where they live," Witt said. "If someone can lead us to the victim, we would be able to go and arrest them." - (Black-on-white) |

He violated the order twice over a three-year period, according to Seaburg’s lawsuit. Blackburn was murdered in 2009. Carroll was the lead suspect but was never charged. - (Black-on-white) |

"I know what I did. I raped that white lady because I haven't gotten any in a while." TAMPA - Rashad Hales rolled his eyes just once in our direction Tuesday as opening statements and the first witness took the stand today in his rape trial. That first witness? The victim. The victim would speak in a soft, but sure, voice as she described the December 2011 day that she says Rashad Hales forced his way into her home and attacked her. She would describe in detail how she was choked, beaten, strangled with a chord, and then raped. "He tells me to do what I do to my husband to satisfy him. And if he's not satisfied, he's going to kill me." - (Black-on-white) |

Black boyfriend charged in torture death of White three-year-old appears in court The man police arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of a three-year-old boy made his initial appearance in court. Marcus Johnson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of three-year-old Hunter Wise. The prosecutor said every homicide is tragic, but he can barely think of anything more heinous than what occurred in this case. The prosecutor indicated Johnson tortured the three-year-old. The boy had an eye injury, burns on his buttocks and ankle, he may have been dipped in scalding water and may have died due to shock and trauma. “The injuries were severe. There wasn’t just one injury. There were many injuries. This child obviously suffered,” the prosecutor said. On May 10th, the Mount Pleasant Police Department and South Shore Fire Department were called to a home for a report of an unresponsive three-year-old male. The child, later identified as Wise, was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Johnson is the boyfriend of the child’s mother, Samantha Rush. Wise’s father, Joseph M. Wise said “My son was everything to me. I would have done everything for him. I’m going to be honest. I hope (Johnson) never sees daylight again. For a man to do something like that to an infant is just wrong in so many ways. I just can’t even believe a person would do something of this nature,” the boy’s father said. In 2008, Johnson was charged with battery and disorderly conduct, and accused of domestic abuse. - (Black-on-white) |

Police: White family attacked by blacks for being in "wrong neighborhood" BATON ROUGE, LA - He was in the "wrong neighborhood" is just one reason a man gave as to why he was punched in the face. His wife and daughter were also hit. Police arrested one man and ticketed two others. They are all accused of punching the family. A family stopped to get gas Sunday around 10 p.m. "Upon our arrival, we located three victims who were attacked in the parking lot," said Cpl. Tommy Stubbs, spokesperson for the Baton Rouge Police Department. Stubbs said a man wearing a pink shirt was in line trying to pay for gas when Donald Dickerson, 41, started making fun of him, leading to an argument. "The defendant (Dickerson) approached the white male victim," the police report stated. It went on to read, "the defendant told him he was in the wrong neighborhood and he was not going to make it out." The victim said that's when he "was punched and knocked to the ground." At this time, his wife got out of the car and ran to help her husband. The victim said, "he continued to struggle with the defendant and was eventually knocked unconscious, which later he awoke in the hospital." His wife told police, "after running to help her husband, she remembers falling to the ground and (being) knocked unconscious." According to a close family friend, that's when the couple's teenage daughter got out of the car to check on her parents and, "observed a female punch her mother in the face, when her mother then fell to the concrete, hitting her head on the surface." The daughter was also punched in the face. Dickerson was arrested and charged with second-degree battery. The other two suspects, Devin Bessye, 24, and Ashley Simmons, 22, were released on site after police wrote them each a summons for simple battery. The victim suffered "a broken eye socket, broken nose, and several lacerations to the face," and his wife was knocked unconscious. "I feel that's racist," said Henderson. - (Black-on-white) |

UK: Black teens who murdered 85-year-old White woman for pizza money only get 6 years Cowardly Jiervon Bartlett and Nayed Hoque, both 15, left partially-sighted Paula Castle bleeding and crying in pain after snatching her bag and pushing her over in an alley. She died of head injuries the next day — and CCTV footage showed the smirking pair using her bank cards to buy the takeaway and top-up a mobile phone. The vile duo struck again a day later — robbing Rose Mohamed, 75, of her bag and £120 used for mobile top-ups. Bartlett also bought trainers. The last pictures of Paula were captured on CCTV as she left Tesco just before the attack in Greenford, West London, in November. And yesterday her grieving family said they were shocked at the thugs’ “incredibly short” sentences — after they were jailed for six years. - (Black-on-white) - (UK) |
