Pregnant White Woman Who Lost Baby In Stabbing By Black Female Remains In Hospital LONGMONT, Colo. – The family of a woman who was attacked and lost her baby in a bizarre and gruesome crime says she is in critical but stable condition at Longmont United Hospital. Michelle Wilkins, 26, was critically wounded on Wednesday when police say she went to suspect Dynel Catrece Lane’s house in Longmont to buy baby clothes Lane has listed for sale on Craigslist. In the basement of the house, Lane, 34, allegedly stabbed Wilkins and cut her baby out of her stomach and then stole it. Wilkins, who was approximately seven months pregnant, then made a desperate call to 911. Lane was gone before emergency responders arrived. Lane’s husband, David Ridley found the child alive, wrapped it up and took it with Lane to the hospital. The child didn’t survive. Ridley told police he heard and saw the baby “take a gasping breath.” - (Black-on-white) |

Black man accused in '12 death of Madison MSU student pleads guilty The trigger man in the March 2012 homicide of a Madison County Mississippi State University student pleaded guilty to murder on Thursday. Mason Perry Jones, of Jackson, is one of three men accused in the shooting death of John Sanderson, 21, inside a dormitory at MSU. He pleaded guilty to first degree murder in Oktibbeha County circuit court Thursday afternoon, after being previously charged with capital murder. Assistant District Attorney Katie Moulds said the DA's office was ready to go to trial on Monday if something had changed in court Thursday, but Jones pleaded guilty to first degree murder, which affords him the possibility of parole at age 65. Sanderson was shot twice in a dormitory on the Starkville campus. Police quickly rounded up Jones and Duntae Harvey and Trent Deundra Crump, both of Rankin County. Third worthless cowardly criminal black teen that murdered a White dog-walker turns self in OVERBROOK- The third suspect accused in the murder of a man walking his dog in Overbrook last Thursday night turned himself overnight on Friday. Tyfine Hamilton is the alleged gunman in the shooting. He is 15-years-old and earlier this week, police said he would be charged with murder and robbery. Police issued a warrant for his arrest earlier this week after arresting another suspect accused of being involved with the shooting. 15-year-old Brandon Smith was arrested and charged with murder robbery and related charges in connection with the shooting. A 14-year-old male is also expected to face lesser charges for his involvement in the shooting. Authorities say they were able to track down the duo after identifying them from surveillance video taken near the scene of the crime. Two 19th district officers spotted three males fitting the suspects denoscriptions and pursued them on Thursday afternoon. They were apprehended and taken in for questioning. The shooting occurred just before 9:00 p.m. last Thursday night on the 6400 block of Woodcrest Avenue. Police say the 51-year-old James Patrick Stuhlman, was shot once in the chest, and died within minutes of arriving at Penn Presbyterian Hospital. Police say that the suspects had targeted another man walking his dog, but target Stuhlman because of he appeared older, and his dog appeared "softer." - (Black-on-white) |

Black owner of pit bulls that ate pieces of (White) Detroit man during mauling charged with three felonies DETROIT, MI -- It was about 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 when a pack of up to 12 pit bulls, four of them puppies, mauled 50-year-old Steven Constantine in Detroit. Constantine's sister, Katherine Hawley of Shelby Township, said after the attack the dogs "literally" ate pieces of her brother's muscle and arm tendons. "It was worse than your worst nightmare," she said. Detroit police interrupted the attack and fatally shot one of the dogs, but the rest ran back inside their home. They were seized the following day, tested for rabies and subsequently euthanized. More than five months after the attack, dog owner Derrick Felton, 61, is in custody and charged with three felony charges of harboring a dangerous animal causing serious injury, each count punishable by up to four years in prison, up to $2,000 in fines. Constantine knew Felton, whom he referred to as a friend, from the area and called him by the nickname "Butch." "I asked if I could help feed the dogs," Constantine told police. "He said, 'Yeah.' I started opening the bag, then the dogs started attacking and eating me alive." |
(White) Bronx teenager speaks out after violent caught-on-camera robbery attempt by three cowardly black thugs BRONX, N.Y. -- Police are looking for three men who attacked a woman and tried to steal her cell phone in the Bronx, and they're hoping dramatic surveillance video will lead to an arrest. The suspects approached 18-year-old Brittany Leasure as she was walking home and demanded her cell phone. She refused. "I said, 'Just leave me alone," she said. "'I'm not in the mood for this, just leave me alone.'" One of the men then threw a bottle at her, hitting her in the back. And as she got to her stoop, one suspect tried to grab her from behind and place her in a chokehold. He then pushed her against a railing, while a second tried to forcefully remove her phone from her hand. They said, 'kill her, kill her, kill her.'" She screamed for her life and struggled with the men, who ended up fleeing the scene. Black veteran accused of trying to join ISIS to plead not guilty to terrorism charges NEW YORK — A U.S. Air Force veteran and airplane mechanic accused of plotting to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State group will plead not guilty to terrorism charges. Tairod Nathan Webster Pugh, of New Jersey, was indicted on charges of attempting to provide material support to a terrorist group and obstructing justice, federal prosecutors announced. Pugh had been stopped at a Turkish airport in January carrying a laptop with information on Turkey-Syria border crossing points, 180 jihadist propaganda videos including footage of an Islamic State prisoner beheading, and a letter declaring: “I will use the talents and skills given to me by Allah to establish and defend the Islamic States.” “There is only two possible outcomes for me. Victory or martyr,” continued the letter, which authorities believe was to Pugh’s Egyptian wife. |

Sketch released of (Black) Cobb sexual assault suspect COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- Cobb County Police have released a composite sketch of the man accused of fondling and striking a young woman earlier this year. The assault happened Jan. 24 in the laundry room at the Belle Chase Apartments in the 1500 block of Bellemeade Drive. The victim told investigators she was doing laundry when she was approached by the suspect. The man, who may have been smoking marijuana, tried to talk to her. When she ignored him, he fondled her. Cobb County Police Sgt. Dana Pierce said the suspect attempted to take off the victim's clothes. The victim managed to get away, but not before the suspect struck her in the face several times. |
Black Rape Suspect Faces New Charges A convicted rapist and registered sex offender is now facing charges in a new case. Willie James Bradley is charged with aggravated rape, kidnapping, and assault for a 2013 attack. According to the affidavit, the victim decided to take a walk around 2 a.m. on September 29, 2013 because she couldn't sleep. While walking along North Orchard Knob Avenue, Bradley allegedly forced her into an abandoned duplex at gunpoint. There, Bradley raped the woman. He told her to stay where she was for 10 minutes while he left or he would kill her. Officials at the Rape Crisis Center took DNA samples from the victim and sent them to the TBI crime lab for testing. The DNA sample matched Bradley's. |

Black Rapist who shaved victim’s head, gave her bag of hair is sentenced MARIETTA, Ga. —A man who raped a woman, shaved her head and gave her a bag of her hair was sentenced Thursday. District Attorney's spokeswoman Kim Isaza says 55-year-old David Martin of Marietta was sentenced Thursday on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and other charges. Martin and a woman he was dating argued at his house on Oct. 15, 2013 and he refused to let the woman leave, Isaza said. Isaza said that over the course of 12 hours, Martin bound the woman with zip ties, tied a rope around her neck, threatened her with a gun and raped her. |

31 Victims Claim Black NC Doctor (from Nigeria) Sexually Assaulted Them CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police announced Thursday that they've filed 32 sex crime charges against a Charlotte doctor. Dr. Fidelis Edosomwan, 53, turned himself in Thursday afternoon after sexual assault detectives filed 16 counts of sexual battery and 16 counts of sexual assault against him. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say their investigation into sexual assault allegations against the doctor identified 31 total victims. Further, CMPD says an additional eight cases were identified, but are outside the statute of limitations. |

'Gay' Chesco Man Gets Long Prison Term For Decades-Old Homosexual Child Abuse of 6-year-old Boy DEVON, Pa. — A Chester County lawyer is going to prison for child molestation. Lawrence Carroll, 46, of Devon, Pa., was charged a year ago with abusing a child between 1990 and 1995 inside a home he owned at the time in Tredyffrin Township. He pleaded guilty, and today was sentenced to 12 to 24 years in prison. “This sentence of more than a decade in state prison shows how seriously his crimes will be treated in Chester County,” said Michael Noone, the first assistant DA in Chester County, afterward. The victim, who was six years old when the abuse began, stepped forward as an adult to make the accusation, and state law allows for prosecution in matters like this even after such a long period of time. |

White Bank Employee Shot 3 Times By Black During Attempted Bank Robbery HUMBOLT, Tenn. - A bank employee was shot three times during an attempted robbery just after 8 a.m. Wednesday at BancorpSouth on Main Street in Humbolt, Tenn. According to the Gibson County Sheriff, the suspect was waiting for the victim, who is a bank employee, in a garage at her home. The suspect grabbed the victim, later identified as Janice Frisbee, and forced her into the bank at gunpoint. A witness called police. When police arrived, the suspect shot the victim. He then jumped out of a bank window and ran. Police caught the suspect down the street from the bank and took him into custody. The victim was airlifted to a Regional One Health in Memphis. The FBI says the female victim was kidnapped by suspect Dominic Shaun Williams, 39, of California. The female victim, who was shot three times, couldn't open the bank vault. Williams shot out the side window the bank to escape and ran about one block through the neighborhood, the FBI said. - (Black-on-white) |

(Drunken black) driver suspected in deadly head-on crash held on charges of vehicular homicide, leaving scene ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. - The driver accused of causing a deadly head-on crash early Tuesday morning - then running from the scene - is being held on several charges, including vehicular homicide. Investigators say 22-year-old Jeremy Brown was driving a 2000 Toyota Camry when the car crossed a concrete median. The Camry flipped and landed on top of a 1999 Honda Civic, continued rolling and came to a stop on its roof a short distance away. The driver of the Civic, a 41-year-old man from Aurora, died in the crash, according to the Colorado State Patrol. There were four passengers in the car with Brown, according to Nate Reid with the CSP. The passengers were identified as 23-year-old Triauna Jackson from Commerce City, a 17-year-old female from Denver, 18-year-old Kymbreanne Parker from Denver and 20-year-old Ty-Ron Elam. Jackson was not hurt. The other passengers were treated for moderate injuries, Reid said. Brown has prior arrests for assault, robbery, obstructing police and trespassing. - (Black-on-white) |

Chambers was behind the wheel of an SUV when it slammed into a car on Dayton-Springfield Road on Oct. 11, killing 12-year-old Sophia Gruber and her grandfather, 65-year-old Richard Gruber, of Mad River Twp. Convent fire-starter faces 10 years in prison after guilty plea A would-be burglar who set a convent fire that left a Staten Island nun with a broken back pleaded guilty on Wednesday and faces 10 years in prison. Vincent Calder, 20, admitted lighting the fire at St. Joseph Hill Academy in Arrochar at 5 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2013. He pleaded guilty to second-degree arson. Investigators said Calder and two other men broke into the residence after smoking pot and drinking beer. The other men pleaded guilty to burglary, but only Calder was responsible for the arson, according to Staten Island DA Dan Donovan. Sister Regina Gegic, of the Daughters of Divine Charity, broke her back after jumping out a second-story window to escape. She has since recovered. - (Black-on-white) |

OKC Police Arrest One, Seek Two More In Connection To (Black-on-White) Beating Video OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police have arrested one suspect and are looking for two more after a video surfaced online showing two brothers being brutally beaten. Two brothers were brutally beaten and kicked while someone else cheered and recorded the fight with their cell phone. The fight took place at the park across the street from Putnam City West High School where some of the boys go to school. Thursday morning, Oklahoma City police confirmed that a 15-year-old boy has been arrested by the police gang unit in connection to the beating. He was booked into the Berry House on a complaint of aggravated assault and battery. According to police, two others have been identified, but are still at large. One of the brothers suffered a broken cheek bone and orbital fracture. The other suffered a broken nose and concussion. Both may have to have reconstructive surgery. - (Black-on-white) |

Dallas police: Two wanted for illegal butt injections DALLAS — Police have issued arrest warrants for two people for practicing medicine without a license in connection to the death of a woman who police say received injections of a substance in her buttocks in a botched cosmetic procedure. On February 19, 34-year-old Wykesha Reid was found dead inside of a business that performs eyelash extensions by a 31-year-old named Jimmy Joe Clarke, also known as "Alicia," who lives as a transgender woman. Upon finding the body at 7:50 a.m., Clarke called 911. At the scene, detectives found Reid laying on her back on top of a massage table with her pants partially pulled down and bloody gauze on her buttocks. Police said 45-year-old Darrell Best of Upper Marlboro, Md., was arrested Monday night and charged with first-degree sex abuse of a minor. On Saturday, police say a 16-year-old girl reported that Best, the pastor of her church, abused her three times, starting in December. A warrant was issued on Sunday. Police said Best, the pastor at God - A Second Chance Ministry Church in Southeast D.C., was off-duty during the incidents. A second victim claims Best sexually assaulted her in early December when she was 17. Court documents allege the incident took place in a fifth-floor office at D.C. police headquarters; investigators found surveillance video of Best and the teen entering and exiting the elevator on the fifth floor. |

Sketches Released Of Suspects Accused In Kidnapping, Murder Of Long Beach Infant LONG BEACH — Police released sketches of two suspects who are suspected in the kidnapping and murder of a 3-week-old infant. Officers were sent around 5:50 p.m. Jan. 3 to a home located in the 100 block of West 51st Street, for report of a shooting. When they arrived to the scene, authorities located three adults suffering from gunshot injuries, and learned a female infant, Eliza De La Cruz, was kidnapped from the home. Detectives described the driver as an African American woman around 40-years-old, that has long dark curly black hair, a heavy set build, and wore a pair of black designer sunglasses on her head. Later that day, a male suspect — described as either a dark-skinned Hispanic of African American man — allegedly forced his way into the victim’s home, shot the three adults and kidnapped the baby, police said. |
Camden Firefighter Charged With Illegally Claiming Disability Benefits While Healthy CAMDEN, N.J. — A Camden city firefighter has been charged with theft by deception, accused of fraudulently collecting more than $80,000 in disability benefits. Former Camden firefighter Shane Streater went on disability in 2010, citing two on-the-job vehicle accidents that injured his back and neck. He appealed the ordinary disability pension — which pays 40% of salary and is taxed — in an effort to receive accidental disability pension, which pays 66% of salary and is not taxed. But authorities say they found evidence that Streater was not disabled at all. “He was engaging in very intensive physical activity, including mixed martial arts,” says New Jersey attorney general John Hoffman, who noted that Streater could face five to ten years in prison and be forced to pay restitution. He also faces a $150,000 fine. |

Detective testifies that accused cop-shooter let off ‘rapid fire’ An NYPD cop who led the charge into a barricaded Sheepshead Bay apartment in 2012 took the stand in the alleged shooter’s attempted-murder trial Monday to give the first full denoscription of his actions. “The girlfriend walked slowly towards the door, cradling her little guy,” Detective Kenneth Ayala testified, saying that Nakwon Foxworth opened fire before his girlfriend and baby reached safety. “As she was walking through the threshold, gunfire erupted. I heard the gunfire and through the window in my shield I saw the muzzle flash. Multiple shots — it was rapid fire,” said Ayala, who was hit in the thigh and foot. “With her being right at my side, it was my grave concern that she or the little guy would get hit.” Ayala described how he and his fellow cops charged directly toward the gunfire coming at them. There officers and paramedics found Leighann Duffy in her living room suffering from stab wounds to her arm and neck. Teresa Strafford said she went to Invidia Tax Immigration and Consulting Group LLC in North Dallas last year to do her taxes. She said she gave them her financial information but her taxes were filed without her knowledge or approval. She later learned the IRS had issued her a $4,000 refund. "I was like, 'I didn't get it,'” she said. “They were like, 'It was wired to your account.' I'm like, 'No it hasn't.'" Strafford said her preparer was company founder Nevada Alexander. Black Man Arrested In Connection With Junction City Murder Junction City, KAN __ The person of interest in a Junction City homicide case is now in custody. Junction Police were dispatched to 1015 West 9th street Sunday night to check the welfare of a resident., and found 52-year-old Sharon Moody dead inside. During the initial investigation Junction City Police identified 34-year-old Daniel Edwards, an acquaintance of the victim, as a person of interest. About 11:30 p.m. Topeka Police located Edwards in Topeka and Junction City officials were notified of his location. Black Akron man accused in third sexual assault case since 1980 - raped a 13-year-old girl and a 4-year-old girl AKRON, Ohio -- A man convicted in sexual assault cases in 1980 and 1999 is now accused of raping a 13-year-old girl less than one year after finishing his last prison sentence. Lonnie L. Hill, 51, of Akron, a registered sex offender, is charged in Akron Municipal Court with rape and gross sexual imposition. Hill is accused of raping the 13-year-old girl March 1 at his East Emerling Avenue home. He was on probation at the time of his arrest. Hill was released from prison in April 2014. Hill was sentenced to 15 years in prison on charges related to an April 1999 incident. Hill in that case told a 4-year-old girl that the girl's great grandmother wanted her to go into his apartment. Hill led the girl up to his attic, where he choked her and sexually assaulted her. |
Fake cabby busted after illegally soliciting passengers at airport A fake cabby was busted Saturday afternoon by Port Authority cops after he was caught illegally soliciting a passenger at JFK Airport by claiming the AirTrain was “out” — and authorities suspect he’s used the same ruse to rip off numerous tourists for $400 or more. Barnabas Laurent, 47, told travelers that he was authorized to drive people from the AirTrain stations at Federal Circle and Howard Beach for $410, cops said. |

Cops: NJ Man Bound, Gagged And Dunked Girlfriend In Bathtub Over Social Media Use TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey man bound, gagged and repeatedly dunked his girlfriend in a tub full of water because he was angry over the woman’s use of social media, investigators said. Jamal Bethea, 26, is facing charges of aggravated assault and criminal restraint. The reported incident happened in an apartment in Trenton on March 10th. The victim told them she was bound at her wrists and ankles with a shoestring and gagged with a t-shirt. The victim told investigators she was repeatedly dunked in a bathtub full of water. Investigators said they found a bloody t-shirt that was related to the reported incident. The woman told police she was eventually untied and called police from a neighbor’s apartment. Police say the incident was prompted by Bethea being angry at the victim’s use of social media. |

Dog breeder charged with abuse as vet is forced to put his pit bull down after it is found 'so hungry it had begun eating wood and plastic' A man has been charged with animal abuse after taking his dog to the veterinarian. Jermell Blackman of Westbury, New York, took his dog in after he was concerned about how much weight the animal had lost and thinking it had been poisoned, at which point it was discovered the severely underweight dog had been eating wood and plastic. What's more, the dog was filthy, covered in sores and so cold that its temperature did not register on a thermometer. After almost an hour trying to save the dog, it was euthanized. |

An affidavit filed Friday with a request for a search warrant of Lori Knoble's Liberty Street home in the West Ward stated Jeffrey Knoble told his mother on several occasions between March 10 to March 11 that he had a black handgun and wanted to "kill police officers." Lori Knoble told Inspector Daniel Reagan she believed her son wanted a shootout with police because he wanted to climb up in rank with what police later disclosed was the Brims, a subset of the Bloods street gang, court documents state. Knoble obtained the gun from Tyquan Adon Emmons, 18, a fellow member of the Brims. Jeffrey Knoble, 25, is a person of interest in an Easton killing of Andrew "Beep" White Jr. |

Black Man Arrested, Charged With Murder Of 81-Year-Old White Woman Stuffed Into Wishing Well Columbus police arrested a man believed to be involved in the murder of an 81-year-old woman. Charles Greene, 52, was indicted on Thursday on charges of aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and two counts of kidnapping in connection with the death Alyce Seff, 81. Greene was arrested by Columbus police on Saturday. In July of 2008 Seff was found murdered and stuffed into a decorative wishing well. Credit cards, a wig, and blood were found at a property managed by Seff Seff's Ford Escort was recovered several days after the murder. Greene has an extensive criminal record. Aaron Bradford was arrested in Lawton Monday. The incident happened in the 2200 block of Aydelotte just after 1 a.m. Karter Alderman, 17, died in the shooting. Police looking for black suspected drunk driver who caused deadly crash that left a White man dead Police are asking for your help to track down a suspected drunk driver who's wanted in a deadly crash. He took off after a state trooper saved his life. "You try not to think about him actually burning to death and not being able to help him," said Chris Arcand, brother of victim. The brother and father of 27-year-old David Arcand, along with Michigan State Trooper Matt Unterbrink, sadly recall the night of December 6th, 2012 like it was yesterday. That's the night David Arcand's life was taken. "You don't lose that feeling of watching a body burn," said Matt Unterbrink from Michigan State Police. Police say on that cold night, a man, now identified as 35-year-old Christopher Gaines A.K.A. Mark Steel, was driving drunk, going the wrong way on I-96 near Southfield around midnight, when he hit Arcand who was driving home from work at the Chrysler plant. White homeowner shoots 2 blacks in home invasion, all 3 facing charges FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - A home invasion Friday evening in Fayetteville has resulted in three men, including the homeowner, facing charges. On Friday, March 13, at approximately 5:13 pm, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to 517 Mayview St. in reference to a report of a home invasion. An investigation into the incident revealed that Roy Lee Hawk, 27, and Martize Douglas, 23, forced their way into the home of Harold Williams, Jr., 42, and demanded that he hand over money and property in the house, police said. Hawk and Douglas told Williams they were armed and at that point, Williams grabbed his handgun and shot both of them. UPDATE: 19-year-old White female identified in Richmond gas station homicide by dark-skinned black male RICHMOND, Va. — The Richmond Police Department has identified the victim of Saturday’s fatal shooting. She is Pamela-Ann Kynazher, 19, of Henrico County. Officers received a call around 7 p.m. in regards to a person who was shot at the Exxon off Jahnke Rd. near the intersection of Newell Road. When they arrived, they found a 19-year-old female laying in the parking lot. Police say she suffered one gunshot wound and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. She later died as a result of her injuries. The suspect is described as a thin, young, dark-skinned black male wearing a white tee-shirt. He fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle. This is the third homicide in Richmond in 2015. Detectives have received valuable information from several eyewitnesses. Larry Cunningham, 59, of the 100 block of N. Queen St. in Dover, is being held in Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna, lacking $106,000 secured bail, Cpl. Mark Hoffman said. Cunningham – who also used the alias Joe Robenson – was found guilty of first-degree unlawful sexual intercourse with an adult victim in 1988, according to the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry. |
Black MARTA paratransit driver accused of raping disabled passenger A celebrity television judge accused MARTA of despicably “blaming the victim” in refusing to settle a lawsuit alleging a para-transit driver raped a mentally and physically disabled woman. The driver of the bus admitted to having sex with his then 21-year-old passenger in 2011, said television Judge Glenda Hatchett who said she had joined the three-year-old case as a lawyer and advocate. The transit authority contends it isn’t responsible for the driver and disputed that it was a forcible rape, Hatchett said. The alleged sexual assault happened on Sept. 23, 2011 after when the woman was the last passenger on the MARTA Mobility bus she boarded at Emory Egleston Hospital in Atlanta. When the bus reached the woman’s neighborhood, the bus driver, Xavier Winfrey, turned off the ignition, which disabled the surveillance camera and raped and sodomized the woman. |

Black Teen accused in Winter Springs gang rape case pleads guilty A 16-year-old Winter Springs High School student says she was raped in a patch of woods near the school last year. Some suspects have said the sex was consensual; others said they didn't take part. Juvenile suspect Tywuan Johnson at first accepted the plea deal against the advice of his attorney, but in the middle of the hearing turned to the attorney and said, "I don't want to do it." After talking with the attorney and his mother, Johnson then decided to accept the deal and pleaded guilty to sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. He will be taken into custody for four years. Josea Sims told the judge he does not accept the plea deal and the state will move his case to adult court. A new warrant will be issued and Sims will be re-arrested as an adult. |

Black Sports: A.J. Johnson pleads not guilty to rape charges KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Former Tennessee linebacker A.J. Johnson, a Gainesville High School graduate, and suspended Tennessee defensive back Michael Williams have pleaded not guilty to aggravated rape charges. Johnson and Williams were arraigned Monday after being indicted last month by a grand jury. Trial was set for Aug. 24. Johnson and Williams were suspended from Tennessee's football team in November, one day before Knoxville police named both as subjects of a rape investigation. Johnson has since graduated and completed his eligibility. |
Black man arrested, charged with raping mentally disabled woman GASTONIA, NC - A Kings Mountain man is behind bars after he turned himself in to police in Gastonia on charges that he raped a mentally disabled woman. 63-year-old Tony Byers is accused of raping the woman "who was at the time mentally disabled." Byers was arrested and was booked in the Gaston County jail. He was charged with two counts of second-degree rape and is being held on a $100,000 bond. The alleged rapes were reported January 28. They reportedly happened on January 23 and 24. Byers was a driver for ACCESS at the time of the accusations, and resigned just one week after the allegations were made, on February 2. The company says they hired Byers on April 28, 2014. |

Temple student athletes Dion Dawkins and Haason Reddick were arraigned Monday night, held with $10,000 secured bond. Early Tuesday morning, both Dawkins and Reddick posted bail. The two Temple football players are charged with aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. Vicious young black teen charged in Stamford slaying of Hispanic man - over spilled coffee STAMFORD -- Spilled coffee is what led a 15-year-old boy to stab a 52-year-old man in the heart on a downtown sidewalk last week, police said Monday. Antonio Muralles was stepping out of the McDonald's on Bedford Street with a cup of coffee Wednesday evening when he inadvertently bumped into the young teen, spilling coffee on him, police. "Words were exchanged and then without warning, he was viciously attacked and stabbed through the heart -- a very heinous, tragic incident," Capt. Richard Conklin said. The boy and a 22-year-old man were arrested and charged with murder over the weekend. A third suspect was being sought. Police: Black man stabs pregnant woman, jumps off bridge OKLAHOMA CITY —There are disturbing new details about the man who created a chaotic scene on Interstate 35 near Interstate 40 Sunday afternoon. Police say Christian Hillard was riding with a woman who was eight-months pregnant. The victim told police that Hillard suddenly said “he felt weird” and then got a steak knife out and began stabbing her. The woman jumped from the SUV, trying to get away, but Hillard chased her down the interstate and continued his attack on the side of the road. Drivers called 911, but Hillard jumped off the bridge into the Oklahoma River below, trying to escape, police said. |

Black Philadelphia Maintenance Worker Pleads Guilty to Breaking Girl's Nose on SEPTA Trolley A city maintenance worker pleaded guilty Tuesday to a caught on camera attack on a teenage girl on a SEPTA trolley earlier this year. Damon Oliver, 40, struck the girl during an argument over a book bag on Jan. 21, police said. Oliver was caught on surveillance video punching a 17-year-old girl named Shay Wharton in the face after an altercation on SEPTA's Route 17 trolley along Girard Avenue, police said. The teen suffered a broken nose and her eye was swollen shut. Police and the girl said Oliver, who was sitting, was upset Shay's book bag hit him during the ride. |

Jeffersontown Police arrest black "troubled youth" for murder of White man who ran foster home LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Jeffersontown Police have arrested Ronshai Jenefor, 20, in the death of a man in Jeffersontown on Friday morning. The victim, who police say ran a foster home for troubled youth, was found in the house by his sister just before 11 Friday morning. Police say he was stabbed in the chest and abdomen, and had been bludgeoned with a blunt object. Neighbors who were familiar with the house gave police a denoscription of Jenefor and his vehicle. Police located his car and Jenefor was found shortly after, walking in the rain near the intersection of Six Mile Lane and Old Six Mile Lane. Police say Jenefor lived at the home, and he admitted to stabbing the victim while being interviewed. The murder weapon has not been recovered, but Jenefor told police it is in the home. Police have obtained search warrants for the car as well as the home, and plan to process the scene overnight. Jenefor is charged with murder. - (Black-on-white) |

Final 2 arrests made in brutal attack by diverse mob NEWBERRY, SC - Newberry County Sheriff's deputies have arrested the last two people who allegedly participated in a what investigators describe as a brutal mob attack. Deputies arrested Javonne Dewayne Koonce, 23, of Prosperity and Kelvin Cahill Davenport, 18, of Newberry on Friday. One of the victims said that the attack started while she and her boyfriend were visiting some friends. She said that she was approached and assaulted, almost immediately, by a group of females at a residence on Beacon Lane. At the same time she says her boyfriend fought with a separate individual and was assaulted by four other men. The male victim sustained significant, but non-life threatening injuries including bruising and swelling to his face and eyes, investigators said. The couple was treated at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital for their injuries and released. Alyssa Williams, 17, of Pomaria, Jessinia Rose Fischer, 21, of Newberry, Krystal Leann Crowley, 18, of Newberry, Michael Gallman, Jr., 20, of Newberry and Antwan Lamar Gallman, 21 of Newberry, have already been arrested in connection with the alleged attack.The sheriff's department has not released when the incident took place. |
Black man accused of sex crime at jail Police arrested a 44-year-old man over the weekend for allegedly having unwanted sexual contact with another person at the Hamilton County Justice Center, according to court documents. Marcus Turner, of Millvale, was arrested Saturday night and charged with sexual imposition, a misdemeanor. "The offender knows that the sexual contact is offensive to the other person," authorities wrote in a complaint filed Sunday. Turner is scheduled to appear in court Monday. |

Black man found guilty in Metairie motel strangulation murder of 'gay' black man King Honore spent his final seconds of life desperately trying to live. He scratched and clawed at his attacker, digging his fingernails into his own flesh as he tried to remove his killer's hands from his neck. As he was dying, naked, on the floor of the Metairie motel room, Honore gouged his killer's face, too. He gathered under his right index fingernail so much bloody genetic material that authorities had little difficulty in developing their suspect: James Hutchinson. Hutchinson said that he went to Honore's room to drink vodka. He did not testify, and his public defender suggested in opening statements that a homosexual tryst could have been involved. Honore was gay, and a condom wrapper was found next to his legs. Hutchinson was arrested in LaPlace in connection with a domestic violence report involving his girlfriend. |
Mom Defends Black Son Suspected in Murder of White Pizza Delivery Man COLUMBUS -- The mom of a Columbus teenager charged with murder called the accusations "unbelievable." Police alleged Sean Fletcher Jr., 18, participated in the murder of James Crabtree Jr, 45, who was killed while delivering a pizza to 766 North Cassady Avenue last fall. "I know that my son was not involved," mom Karyn Fletcher said "He's a good young man. He's a senior in high school." A Franklin County judge set Fletcher's bond at $3 million Thursday morning on charges of murder, robbery, and kidnapping. Officers arrested him Wednesday night. Diondre Jefferson, 17, has also been charged for the deadly shooting that occurred October 29, 2014.
