Investigation continues into arson, double homicide - two White victims of gang of murderous black thieves AMERICUS — Bond was denied to the first four arrested in an arson and double homicide case in Sumter County, even as another suspect was taken into custody Wednesday. Sumter County Sheriff Pete Smith said Demetrious Hubbard, 21, of 118 Foster St., DeSoto is charged with felony murder Wednesday. Arrested earlier in the week were Ruhemmeion O. King, 17, of 514 Henry Hart Road, Americus, charged with two counts of felony murder; Qwinterrious J. Dodson, 22, of 541 Henry Hart Road, Americus, charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Reginald K. Mathis, 28, of 513-B Bessie Mayes Circle, Americus, charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and Brandon L. Prince, 21, of 121 Frieda Lane, Americus, charged with theft by receiving stolen property. All five remain incarcerated at the Sumter County Jail. They will be bound over to Sumter Superior Court. The Sumter County Fire Department responded to a fire shortly after 6 p.m. Friday at 780 R.W. Jones Road in rural eastern Sumter County. The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office and Coroner’s Office were notified with two bodies were discovered, those of Bonnie Freeman, 54, and her 33-year-old son Dallas Freeman. Black man wanted for murdering (White) mother of 3, burning her body arrested in Emporia apartment EMPORIA, Va. — Nearly two months after her burned body was found in a Tennessee field, investigators tracked down one of the people believed responsible for the murder of Amy LeeAnn Murphy. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested Kellum Williams, 34, Monday after a tip led them to Emporia, Virginia. Williams was wanted for first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and violation of community corrections in Tennessee. He was considered one of that state’s Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives. Williams is one of five suspects charged in connection with Murphy’s murder. The other suspects were previously captured. Murphy’s burning body was found February 1 in Robertson County, Tennessee. (White) Mom trafficked daughter, 11, to (black) drug dealer in sex/heroin exchange CINCINNATI, Ohio — A mother is accused of trafficking her 11-year-old daughter to a drug dealer in a sex/heroin exchange. April Corcoran and Shandell Willingham could spend life in prison. Authorities say the crimes took place between Feb. 15 and June 6 at Willingham’s apartment, where he videotaped some of the sex; Corcoran gave her daughter heroin. Corcoran, 30, faces 27 felony indictments. Willingham, 41, faces 26. Cincinnati police began investigating when the girl went to live with her father and step-mother in June and confided in her step-mother. |
Black man given life sentence in Atlanta gang rape, carjacking ATLANTA - Fulton County prosecutors say a man has been given a life sentence for raping a woman in Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood in March 2013. Prosecutors said Monday that 20-year-old Torrance Deandre Hambrick was sentenced on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping, hijacking a motor vehicle and weapons charges. Prosecutors say Hambrick was in a group of men who forced their way into the victim's car at a stoplight and pulled a gun on her. Prosecutors say Hambrick and accomplice Willie Tims took turns sexually assaulting the woman in the backseat. Authorities have said two weeks after the attack, Tims called the victim and was arrested after texting a picture of himself to her. Tims was given two life sentences plus 70 years. A third defendant, Steven Brown, was sentenced to 30 years. |

Cops Continue Search For Knife-Wielding Black Female Suspect In Pair Of Upper West Side Robberies NEW YORK — The NYPD is still on the hunt for a suspect in a pair of Upper West Side knifepoint robberies. On Sunday Jan. 18, at 5:30 p.m. a 72-year-old woman was walking near West 89th Street and Riverside Drive when the suspect approached her with a knife and demanded her purse, according to police. The woman complied and the suspect took off. Then, on Saturday Feb. 28, Tanya Leybov, 62, was sitting on a bench near West 84th Street and Riverside Drive when the suspect pulled out a knife, sat down next to her, and demanded money. The victim said she didn’t have any cash, began to scream, and the suspect fled. The suspect has been described as a black female in her mid 20s. She is 5 feet tall, weighs 125 pounds, and has black curly hair. |

Man to get life sentence today in murder of Inkster tot A man who killed a 2-year-old Inkster girl in front of her father last year is scheduled to be sentenced to life in prison today. A Wayne County jury convicted Raymone Jackson, 25, of first-degree murder in the death of KaMiya French, who also went by KaMiya Gross, earlier this month. She was shot in the head at point-blank range on July 1, 2014. "The idea was to kill my baby to make me suffer before they killed me," the girl's father Kenneth French said during a previous court hearing. Authorities said Jackson opened fire after shooting the toddler and also shot and injured her father and a 13-year-old girl. |

Black Judge accused of making racist anti-Italian remarks A Queens judge who once blasted the head of a judicial committee as racist is now being accused of lobbing anti-Italian remarks himself. Supreme Court Judge Duane Hart, who has been censured twice for improper conduct, asked during a January property-dispute hearing whether Italian-born plaintiff Maurizio Oppedisano had mob ties. One of four witnesses in the case was Ralph Romano Jr., the son of a Lucchese associate who is serving time for murder. “Judge Hart then remarked this reminded him of ‘Goodfellas.’ ” Hart also nodded toward the defendant’s lawyer, Adam Gilbert, and said, “I just realized that we are the only side whose name doesn’t end in a vowel,” according to the letter. Oppedisano, 45, a US citizen born in Calabria, Italy, said he was shocked by the remarks. |
After shooting himself as officials approached, Union Grove manhunt suspect Stan Sillas has died UNION GROVE — Following a nearly 24-hour manhunt, Racine County Sheriff’s officials apprehended 20-year-old Stan Sillas. On Monday evening, March 23rd, Sillas died at the hospital after he shot himself when law enforcement officials closed in. Sillas was wanted in connection with an abduction incident Sunday in Union Grove. Investigators say Sillas abducted a woman at gunpoint on Sunday afternoon at the Racine Neurological Center near Waterford. Police got a denoscription of the car Sillas was driving, and soon after, it was reported in the parking lot of the Union Grove Piggly Wiggly store. Sillas was approached by Racine County Sheriff’s deputies and allegedly opened fire. At least two shots were fired — one into a parked squad car with a deputy inside. |

2nd black 15-Year-Old Charged With Murder In (White) Dog-Walker’s Death In West Philly PHILADELPHIA – Police announced a second 15-year-old has been charged for his involvement in the murder of a man walking his dog in West Philadelphia. Authorities say on Friday, March 20, Tyfine Hamilton was arrested and charged with murder, criminal conspiracy, robbery, violation of the uniform firearms act and related offenses. Hamilton turned himself into police Friday morning. Brandon Smith was already charged in the murder of 51-year-old James Stuhlman. Police say James Stuhlman, took his dog out for a walk near his Overbrook home when he was confronted by the teens and fatally shot in the chest. Authorities say a 14-year-old was also arrested on March 19th and charged with robbery and conspiracy. - (Black-on-white) |

Black Slaying Suspect Found With (white) Victim’s Van SACRAMENTO— Police arrested a man on Tuesday, March 17, in the brutal murder of a Citrus Heights woman. Allen Bocteemus Franks, 48, was arrested after police found him in the victim’s van. The victim, Kimberly Ann Chittenden, 46, had been found unresponsive at approximately 2:40 p.m. on Monday, March 16, in her home in the 7900 block of Rocky Point Court. She was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead at 3:13 p.m. Her injuries indicated that she has been assaulted. Her silver Honda Odyssey vehicle had been taken from her home, leading police to put out an alert seeking a person of interest on Tuesday. The van, with Franks behind the wheel, was located in the area of Marysville Boulevard. Police said that Franks and Chittenden knew each other. The victim leaves behind a 7-year-old child. Franks was booked into Sacramento County Jail early Wednesday morning on homicide charges. He was also jailed on a misdemeanor charge of violating probation. Franks had been arrested just one month prior to this incident, on February 16, for stealing a vehicle, possession of burglar’s tools, drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation. - (Black-on-white) |

'Gay' black man accused of allegedly luring, homosexually molesting two boys in north St. Louis A St. Louis business owner is accused of luring two young children into his business, molesting and sodomizing them. Hakeem Rasheen, 62, operates Union Motors in North St. Louis City. His business is near the boys' bus stop and it's there where he allegedly lured the five and eight year old boys into his business, by giving them money and snacks. Rasheen now faces three counts of statutory sodomy, two counts of attempted sodomy and one count of child molestation. Rasheen is accused of threatening and forcing the boys to perform the sexual acts. Court documents show he has two prior criminal convictions of possession of a controlled substance and stealing. |
Liberian man charged with sexually assaulting 16-year-old girl A Trenton man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl earlier this month, authorities said Monday. Leon Nimley, 53, who is being held in lieu of $100,0000, faces charges of sexual assault, sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, prosecutors said during a bail hearing. Assistant Prosecutor Amanda Nini said police were contacted after the girl told a friend she was assaulted on March 15. Nimley's attorney, said her client, who is from Liberia but is a permanent U.S. resident, denies the allegations. |

Police say black man raped, robbed woman hour before Lacey car theft LACEY, Wash. — A man who police said stole a car that had two children in its back seat is also a suspect in two rapes, one of which occurred on the same day as the car theft. On Wednesday morning, a running car with two children inside was stolen from a church parking lot in the 3800 block of College Street Southeast. The car was found abandoned in the 2600 block of the same street a short time later. The children were unharmed. Lacey police and the Thurston County deputies identified the suspect as 25-year-old Lacey man Curtis Harmon and determined that Harmon fled Washington on an Amtrak train and was in the Portland, Oregon area. |
Long Island cops fatally shoot man, 21, who tried to steal car with kids in back seat Long Island cops fatally shot a 21-year-old man who tried to steal a car with two kids in the back seat, officials said Monday. The mayhem unfolded in Bay Shore about 7:45 p.m. Sunday after the Suffolk County police responded to a reported robbery at a Best Buy at 1851 West Sunrise Highway. A witness told police that the suspect, Denzel Brown of Amityville, was hiding outside the store, cops said. When an officer tried to arrest Brown, he ran away through a parking lot. A cop chased him on foot and then Tasered Brown to no avail, police said. As he fled, Brown frantically tried to open the doors of both moving and parked vehicles, cops said. He tried to steal a running car from a couple while two children, ages 4 and 6, were sitting in the back. The couple was screaming at Brown to stop as the officer caught up with him and ordered him out of the car, cops said. When Brown began to drive away with the kids, the cop fired one shot at him, opened the car door and attempted to remove him from the vehicle, police said |
Woman’s protective dog stops black man’s rape attempt, police say PACIFIC, Wash. — A Pacific woman's dog stopped an attack by a man who was about to rape her earlier this month, the woman told authorities. Pacific police arrested Ralph Alexander Young on attempted rape charges in the March 3 attack. Young entered the victim’s home on Third Avenue Southwest in Pacific and said he was returning borrowed dishes. Once inside, he told the victim that he wanted to touch her and tried to kiss her, but she told him she wasn’t interested. Young pushed the woman down on her bed and got on top of her, pushing her shirt up and pulling her pants down, despite her physical resistance and repeated protests. As Young pulled his pants down and got back on top of her, her dogs, which were in the bedroom, were “becoming very agitated by the commotion and started barking at Young.” As Young was about to rape the victim, “one of her dogs climbed on top of her and in between her and Young and started ‘nipping’ at Young.” Police said Young then pulled up his pants and left. |
Black Man, 18, accused of targeting women through robberies, sexual assault ST. LOUIS, Mo. - A man accused of robbing two women and sexually assaulting another in separate incidents is in police custody. Jaquese North, 18, from the 3300 block of Werder, was taken into custody around 6:00 p.m. Saturday after St. Louis County Police Officers located him at a park near Lilac and Interstate 270. North is suspected of striking a woman in the face in the 500 block of North Skinker around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday. The victim, a 53-year-old woman, told police she was walking on Skinker when the suspect approached her, struck her in the face and stole her cell phone. North is also accused of grabbing a woman, who was walking on the foot-bridge that crosses the Forest Park Expressway, and demanding money from her Friday morning. According to police, when North was taken into custody, he admitted that he was also responsible for a sexual assault that took place on March 3 in the area of Trinity and Washington. |
Black Sports: Ex-NFL star Darren Sharper gets 9 years in Valley sex assault Former NFL star Darren Sharper pleaded guilty to a single count of sexual assault stemming from a case in the Valley and was sentenced to nine years in prison and lifetime probation. Sharper, 39, who is in jail in Los Angeles on similar allegations, appeared before Superior Court Judge Warren Granville through a video link and did not address the court when he entered a guilty plea. The allegations are that Sharper went club-hopping with the women and took them to his room at a Strip hotel, where he drugged and sexually assaulted them while they were unconscious. The account is similar to allegations made against Sharper in California, Louisiana and Arizona. |

Police: Black ex-boyfriend Wanted For Shooting Ex-Girlfriend’s 12-Year-Old Son PHILADELPHIA – Police say the man wanted for the shooting of a 12-year-old boy Sunday morning turned himself in without incident. The shooting happened on the 3500 block of Janney Street in Port Richmond. Police say 23-year-old Jamille Carter broke into his ex-girlfriends home and she confronted him. He allegedly attacked her, waking up her son. Police say Carter then shot the boy in the leg after the boy went to see what was going on. Carter is now in custody and faces many charges. |
1 Arrested In Deadly Marshall-Shadeland Shooting PITTSBURGH – One man has been arrested after a deadly shooting in Pittsburgh’s Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood. A 25-year-old woman was shot around 3:30 a.m. in a home on courtright Street. She has been identified as Jacquline Bush of Bellvue. She was found on the basement floor. Police say she was in the home with 26-year-old Charles Miles. Miles told police the shooting was an accident, saying the pair had gone bar hopping Friday night, then came back to the house and continued to drink and dance. He said he stumbled on a table, where there was a gun, and when he picked up the weapon, it discharged and hit Bush. |
No arrests in fatal Tampa birthday party shooting TAMPA, FL - Tampa Police have not announced the arrest of any suspects in a shooting at a birthday party Saturday at a birthday party. About 50 teens showed up at the party at Sitka and 9th in Sulfur Springs. Witnesses tell us the party spread out into the streets and police were called. But shortly after police left shots were fired into the crowd striking three teens. One teen, 14-year-old Richard Newton died at the scene. |

Baton Rouge police: Father shoots 18-year-old son in buttocks after orange juice runs out, porcelain vase breaks A Baton Rouge man was arrested early Sunday after he confessed to shooting his 18-year-old son in the buttocks during an argument over orange juice. Eldridge Dukes, 58, and his son were fighting about the lack of orange juice in their north Baton Rouge home, according to a Baton Rouge police arrest report. The squabble escalated when the victim broke a porcelain vase, and Dukes grabbed his .357 caliber handgun, family members told detectives. Dukes chased the victim out of the house and down the street, firing at least three times. He hit the victim once in the buttocks, detectives said. The victim was taken to Baton Rouge General Mid-City Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the report says. |

2 White men murdered by blacks in Atlanta ATLANTA — Police are looking for leads in a deadly double-shooting in northeast Atlanta. Atlanta police say two men were shot and killed just before 3 a.m. Saturday. "They’re both white males, who appear to be in their early 30s,” Cpt. Michael O'Conner with the Atlanta Police Department said. Police identified one of the victims as 33-year-old Joseph Hruska, of Atlanta, Saturday. Domino's Pizza store manager brutally attacked with metal bar by black during robbery caught on surveillance camera A Domino's Pizza manager was struck on the head with a metal bar during a robbery in Arizona that was caught on surveillance camera. Jody Thompson, the manager, is seen being hit on the back of his head with the bar as the burglar demands all of the money from inside the Phoenix store on Tuesday night. He survived the blow to his head which left both swelling and a scar, as police have released the footage in an attempt to help find the robbery suspect. Black arrested for murder of white female 'acquaintance' - found dead in stolen truck in cow pasture SHREVEPORT, LA - Bossier Parish sheriff's investigators have arrested a Shreveport man in connection with the murder of a woman found dead in the Haughton area Sunday. According to a statement released by the Bossier Sheriff's Office late Monday afternoon, 34-year-old Nathaniel Allen Mingo is charged with 2nd degree murder for the killing of 33-year-old Amanda Collins of Elm Grove. Police say Collins was an acquaintance of Mingo's. Deputies found a 2014 maroon Ford F250 4-door truck with a deceased female inside. The truck was reported stolen out of Mississippi. Collins had suffered an apparent single gunshot wound, and investigators collected evidence and obtained search warrants as they swiftly moved forward with their homicide investigation. Bossier investigators got a warrant for the arrest of Mingo, who police say has a lengthy criminal history that includes charges for various drug possessions, multiple times of resisting an officer, aggravated escape and other charges. - (Black-on-white) |
American Girl from Texas Raped in Gurgaon by an African man, whom she had met on Facebook Gurgaon: A 17-year-old American girl from Texas was allegedly raped in Gurgaon by an African man, whom she had met on Facebook. An FIR has been lodged at Sadar Gurgaon Police Station. A police official said that the girl befriended with "David" via Facebook. They had met twice last month. David, who is absconding, believed to be an African national staying in Delhi. The girl is a student of class nine and stays with her mother in Gurgaon, who’s a senior executive in a multinational firm. Police is investigating the case. |

Woman dies after being stabbed at Elysian Fields McDonald's by her homeless black boyfriend A woman has died after being stabbed Thursday night (March 19) in the parking lot of the McDonald's at 3025 Elysian Fields Ave. Her boyfriend has been arrested in connection with the crime, New Orleans police said. Christopher Hutsell, 38, was charged with one count of second-degree murder, according to police. Authorities said the woman didn't have any identification on her when she was found and that she remains unidentified. Both Hutsell and his girlfriend are believed to be homeless. |

Man Sought in Fatal New Jersey Shooting Captured in Georgia A man wanted in the fatal shooting of another man following a bar fight in New Jersey on Valentine's Day has been captured in Georgia. Middlesex County prosecutors say 32-year-old Franklin Township resident Jahmmel Chephas was arrested Friday in DeKalb County. But further details on the capture have not been disclosed, including how authorities learned Chephas was in the area. Chephas faces a murder count and a weapons charge in the death of 31-year-old Richard Pryce, of Perth Amboy. His bail has been set at $1 million, but it's not known when he will be returned to New Jersey. |

Black Alabama man, 67, gets life without parole for 1980 brutal rape and murder of (White) California teen girl District Attorney Gregory D. Totten announced today that Thomas Young (DOB 5/19/47), of Birmingham, Alabama, was sentenced today for the July 30, 1980, murder of 15- year-old. Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Bennett sentenced Young to life in prison without the possibility of parole after a jury found him guilty on February 26, 2015, of first-degree murder in the commission of rape. The murder took place during the daytime when Young entered the home of teenager Stacy Knappenberger through a back door, brutally raping and killing her. Young’s identity as the murderer remained unknown for the next 30 years, until DNA he left at the crime scene was matched to a DNA sample taken from him by law enforcement in 2008, when he was arrested for molesting his 16- year-old granddaughter in Illinois. Young was subsequently located in Alabama by the Ventura County Cold Case Task Force and arrested for the murder on September 6, 2012. He was then extradited to Ventura, where a jury subsequently found him guilty of the murder in the commission of rape on February 26, 2015. - (Black-on-white) |

Drunk black NC man indicted on second degree murder charge in fatal crash that killed a retired White woman ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — A North Carolina man has been indicted on a second degree murder charge after a fatal crash that claimed the life of a retired Elizabeth City teacher. Police say 30-year-old Elbert Justin Horton was drunk when he was involved in a head-on collision in Pasquotank County and crashed his 2006 Chrysler minivan into 62-year-old Ellen Holmes Russell’s pickup truck back in December. TSA officers attacked by berserk black with machete and wasp spray at New Orleans airport A man armed with a machete and wasp spray stormed through a security area at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on Friday night before being shot, authorities said. Richard White, 62, was taken to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery, Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand said. The suspect in the attack on TSA agents at the New Orleans-area airport is taken away on a stretcher. The incident started when White entered a security checkpoint for Concourse B and began spraying Transportation Security Administration agents and bystanders with a can of wasp spray, a sheriff's office statement said. White soon pulled out a machete from his waistband and began wielding it at agents and others in the area. The machete allegedly used against TSA officers is seen on the floor of the airport. One of the agents blocked the machete with a piece of luggage as White chased him through a security checkpoint metal detector. At that point, Lt. Black Massage therapist will spend 9 months in jail for groping client’s breasts BELLEVUE, Wash. — A massage therapist who admits that he groped a woman’s breasts during a Bellevue spa treatment is headed to jail for nine months. As part of his deal with the King County Prosecutor’s Office, Reggy Michael Arntsen (aka Reggy Michael Nelson), will also give up his license to practice massage in Washington State. Arntsen was originally charged with assault for the sexually motivated attack on Diana Lane at Yuan Spa on 106th Avenue Northeast in Bellevue in October 2013. He agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge, felony indecent liberties, and will not have to register as a sex offender. A guilty verdict or guilty plea to assault with sexual motivation would have required registration. - (Black-on-white) |
Former Godwin student shot, killed during dispute at Richmond gas station RICHMOND, Va. — Police identified the 19-year-old woman fatally shot at a Richmond gas station over the weekend during a dispute as Pamela-Ann Knyazher, of Burnside Lane in Western Henrico. Knyazher was a graduate of Godwin High School. Her death was the third homicide of 2015 for the city, according to Richmond Police. “Pam was cool with everybody,” (black) former high school boyfriend Ricky Lewis recalled. “In my eyes, she was extremely outgoing.”An employee at a nearby business said he heard the gunfire and he saw a man holding a gun jump into a black mini-van and drive away. “The suspect is described as a thin, young, dark-skinned black male wearing a white tee-shirt,” Richmond Police spokesman Gene Lepley wrote in an email. “He fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle.” - (Black-on-white) |

Elderly woman fights off black man who tried to sexually assault her, Miami police say MIAMI - Authorities are investigating after an elderly woman was nearly sexually assaulted by a man who entered her home while she was alone. It happened around 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Detectives said the woman was in her home when she was startled by a man who walked toward her from the living room area, as she went about her daily chores. The woman, who had left her front door open to let fresh air inside the house, claimed the man forced himself on her in an attempt to sexually assault her. In fear, the woman shouted and freed herself from the man. After a struggle, the man fled in an unknown direction. The woman's alleged attacker was described by Miami police as a black man in his 20s to early 30s who is about 5 feet 8 inches tall, and has a slim build, black long-braided hair and big brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red tank top, dark shorts, black tennis shoes and a fingerless glove on his left hand. |
U.S. Marshals on the lookout for James Scott, Jr., wanted for sexual assault of child MILWAUKEE — U.S. Marshals are looking for 53-year-old James Scott., Jr. Scott is known to spend nights at downtown homeless shelters. Scott was charged in February with 1st degree sexual assault of a child. A criminal complaint says the victim was a 4-year-old family member. Scott’s criminal history also includes two convictions for drugs, endangering safety, possession of a firearm by a felon and bail jumping. Scott is 5’03” and weighs 175 pounds. U.S. Marshals say he has some minor scarring around his face. They believe he’s somewhere around downtown Milwaukee. |
Black Man convicted in 1980 murder of 73-year-old Holocaust survivor A Queens man was convicted Thursday of murdering a 73-year-old Holocaust survivor in a cold case that had gone unsolved for 32 years, prosecutors said. Cecil Schiff, 73, was found strangled amid scattered empty jewelry boxes in his Flushing apartment on Franklin Avenue in 1980. Detectives found fingerprints on three of the jewelry boxes, but it took until 2008 for a statewide fingerprint identification system to match the prints up to Ernest Mattison, 52. He was arrested in 2012. A Queens Supreme Court jury took about three hours to find Mattison guilty of murder. He has been behind bars since 2009 on a robbery rap. |
Woman raped, beaten inside garage elevator at Baylor DALLAS -- When a man raped a woman last month inside a parking garage elevator at Baylor Hospital, the hospital took steps to notify its employees, contractors and physicians. The hospital, however, didn't notify patients or the general public about the attack. William Johnson, a deaf 50-year-old convicted sex offender, has been arrested in the attack. He's being held in the Dallas County jail on charges of sexual assault and violating the state's sex registry laws. He was out of prison for about three weeks at the time of the attack. |

Pregnant White Woman Who Lost Baby In Stabbing By Black Female Remains In Hospital LONGMONT, Colo. – The family of a woman who was attacked and lost her baby in a bizarre and gruesome crime says she is in critical but stable condition at Longmont United Hospital. Michelle Wilkins, 26, was critically wounded on Wednesday when police say she went to suspect Dynel Catrece Lane’s house in Longmont to buy baby clothes Lane has listed for sale on Craigslist. In the basement of the house, Lane, 34, allegedly stabbed Wilkins and cut her baby out of her stomach and then stole it. Wilkins, who was approximately seven months pregnant, then made a desperate call to 911. Lane was gone before emergency responders arrived. Lane’s husband, David Ridley e found the child alive, wrapped it up and took it with Lane to the hospital. The child didn’t survive. Black man accused in '12 death of Madison MSU student pleads guilty The trigger man in the March 2012 homicide of a Madison County Mississippi State University student pleaded guilty to murder on Thursday. Mason Perry Jones, of Jackson, is one of three men accused in the shooting death of John Sanderson, 21, inside a dormitory at MSU. He pleaded guilty to first degree murder in Oktibbeha County circuit court Thursday afternoon, after being previously charged with capital murder. Assistant District Attorney Katie Moulds said the DA's office was ready to go to trial on Monday if something had changed in court Thursday, but Jones pleaded guilty to first degree murder, which affords him the possibility of parole at age 65. Sanderson was shot twice in a dormitory on the Starkville campus. Police quickly rounded up Jones and Duntae Harvey and Trent Deundra Crump, both of Rankin County. Black owner of pit bulls that ate pieces of (White) Detroit man during mauling charged with three felonies DETROIT, MI -- It was about 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 when a pack of up to 12 pit bulls, four of them puppies, mauled 50-year-old Steven Constantine in Detroit. Constantine's sister, Katherine Hawley of Shelby Township, said after the attack the dogs "literally" ate pieces of her brother's muscle and arm tendons. "It was worse than your worst nightmare," she said. Detroit police interrupted the attack and fatally shot one of the dogs, but the rest ran back inside their home. They were seized the following day, tested for rabies and subsequently euthanized. More than five months after the attack, dog owner Derrick Felton, 61, is in custody and charged with three felony charges of harboring a dangerous animal causing serious injury, each count punishable by up to four years in prison, up to $2,000 in fines. Constantine knew Felton, whom he referred to as a friend, from the area and called him by the nickname "Butch." "I asked if I could help feed the dogs," Constantine told police. "He said, 'Yeah.' I started opening the bag, then the dogs started attacking and eating me alive." |
(White) Bronx teenager speaks out after violent caught-on-camera robbery attempt by three cowardly black thugs BRONX, N.Y. -- Police are looking for three men who attacked a woman and tried to steal her cell phone in the Bronx, and they're hoping dramatic surveillance video will lead to an arrest. The suspects approached 18-year-old Brittany Leasure as she was walking home and demanded her cell phone. She refused. "I said, 'Just leave me alone," she said. "'I'm not in the mood for this, just leave me alone.'" One of the men then threw a bottle at her, hitting her in the back. And as she got to her stoop, one suspect tried to grab her from behind and place her in a chokehold. He then pushed her against a railing, while a second tried to forcefully remove her phone from her hand. They said, 'kill her, kill her, kill her.'" She screamed for her life and struggled with the men, who ended up fleeing the scene. Black veteran accused of trying to join ISIS to plead not guilty to terrorism charges NEW YORK — A U.S. Air Force veteran and airplane mechanic accused of plotting to travel to Syria to join the Islamic State group will plead not guilty to terrorism charges. Tairod Nathan Webster Pugh, of New Jersey, was indicted on charges of attempting to provide material support to a terrorist group and obstructing justice, federal prosecutors announced. Pugh had been stopped at a Turkish airport in January carrying a laptop with information on Turkey-Syria border crossing points, 180 jihadist propaganda videos including footage of an Islamic State prisoner beheading, and a letter declaring: “I will use the talents and skills given to me by Allah to establish and defend the Islamic States.” “There is only two possible outcomes for me. Victory or martyr,” continued the letter, which authorities believe was to Pugh’s Egyptian wife. |
31 Victims Claim Black NC Doctor (from Nigeria) Sexually Assaulted Them CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police announced Thursday that they've filed 32 sex crime charges against a Charlotte doctor. Dr. Fidelis Edosomwan, 53, turned himself in Thursday afternoon after sexual assault detectives filed 16 counts of sexual battery and 16 counts of sexual assault against him. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say their investigation into sexual assault allegations against the doctor identified 31 total victims. Further, CMPD says an additional eight cases were identified, but are outside the statute of limitations. |

'Gay' Chesco Man Gets Long Prison Term For Decades-Old Homosexual Child Abuse of 6-year-old Boy DEVON, Pa. — A Chester County lawyer is going to prison for child molestation. Lawrence Carroll, 46, of Devon, Pa., was charged a year ago with abusing a child between 1990 and 1995 inside a home he owned at the time in Tredyffrin Township. He pleaded guilty, and today was sentenced to 12 to 24 years in prison. “This sentence of more than a decade in state prison shows how seriously his crimes will be treated in Chester County,” said Michael Noone, the first assistant DA in Chester County, afterward. The victim, who was six years old when the abuse began, stepped forward as an adult to make the accusation, and state law allows for prosecution in matters like this even after such a long period of time. |

White Bank Employee Shot 3 Times By Black During Attempted Bank Robbery HUMBOLT, Tenn. - A bank employee was shot three times during an attempted robbery just after 8 a.m. Wednesday at BancorpSouth on Main Street in Humbolt, Tenn. According to the Gibson County Sheriff, the suspect was waiting for the victim, who is a bank employee, in a garage at her home. The suspect grabbed the victim, later identified as Janice Frisbee, and forced her into the bank at gunpoint. A witness called police. When police arrived, the suspect shot the victim. He then jumped out of a bank window and ran. Police caught the suspect down the street from the bank and took him into custody. The victim was airlifted to a Regional One Health in Memphis. The FBI says the female victim was kidnapped by suspect Dominic Shaun Williams, 39, of California. The female victim, who was shot three times, couldn't open the bank vault. Williams shot out the side window the bank to escape and ran about one block through the neighborhood, the FBI said. - (Black-on-white) |

(Drunken black) driver suspected in deadly head-on crash held on charges of vehicular homicide, leaving scene ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. - The driver accused of causing a deadly head-on crash early Tuesday morning - then running from the scene - is being held on several charges, including vehicular homicide. Investigators say 22-year-old Jeremy Brown was driving a 2000 Toyota Camry when the car crossed a concrete median. The Camry flipped and landed on top of a 1999 Honda Civic, continued rolling and came to a stop on its roof a short distance away. The driver of the Civic, a 41-year-old man from Aurora, died in the crash, according to the Colorado State Patrol. There were four passengers in the car with Brown, according to Nate Reid with the CSP. The passengers were identified as 23-year-old Triauna Jackson from Commerce City, a 17-year-old female from Denver, 18-year-old Kymbreanne Parker from Denver and 20-year-old Ty-Ron Elam. Jackson was not hurt. The other passengers were treated for moderate injuries, Reid said. Brown has prior arrests for assault, robbery, obstructing police and trespassing. - (Black-on-white) |

A Clark County grand jury indicted Lewis Chambers, 54, on Monday on multiple charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault. Chambers was behind the wheel of an SUV when it slammed into a car on Dayton-Springfield Road on Oct. 11, killing 12-year-old Sophia Gruber and her grandfather, 65-year-old Richard Gruber, of Mad River Twp. Convent fire-starter faces 10 years in prison after guilty plea A would-be burglar who set a convent fire that left a Staten Island nun with a broken back pleaded guilty on Wednesday and faces 10 years in prison. Vincent Calder, 20, admitted lighting the fire at St. Joseph Hill Academy in Arrochar at 5 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2013. He pleaded guilty to second-degree arson. Investigators said Calder and two other men broke into the residence after smoking pot and drinking beer. The other men pleaded guilty to burglary, but only Calder was responsible for the arson, according to Staten Island DA Dan Donovan. Sister Regina Gegic, of the Daughters of Divine Charity, broke her back after jumping out a second-story window to escape. She has since recovered. - (Black-on-white) |

OKC Police Arrest One, Seek Two More In Connection To (Black-on-White) Beating Video OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City police have arrested one suspect and are looking for two more after a video surfaced online showing two brothers being brutally beaten. Two brothers were brutally beaten and kicked while someone else cheered and recorded the fight with their cell phone. The fight took place at the park across the street from Putnam City West High School where some of the boys go to school. Thursday morning, Oklahoma City police confirmed that a 15-year-old boy has been arrested by the police gang unit in connection to the beating. He was booked into the Berry House on a complaint of aggravated assault and battery. According to police, two others have been identified, but are still at large. One of the brothers suffered a broken cheek bone and orbital fracture. The other suffered a broken nose and concussion. Both may have to have reconstructive surgery. - (Black-on-white) |

Detective testifies that accused cop-shooter let off ‘rapid fire’ An NYPD cop who led the charge into a barricaded Sheepshead Bay apartment in 2012 took the stand in the alleged shooter’s attempted-murder trial Monday to give the first full denoscription of his actions. “The girlfriend walked slowly towards the door, cradling her little guy,” Detective Kenneth Ayala testified, saying that Nakwon Foxworth opened fire before his girlfriend and baby reached safety. “As she was walking through the threshold, gunfire erupted. I heard the gunfire and through the window in my shield I saw the muzzle flash. Multiple shots — it was rapid fire,” said Ayala, who was hit in the thigh and foot. “With her being right at my side, it was my grave concern that she or the little guy would get hit.” Ayala described how he and his fellow cops charged directly toward the gunfire coming at them. White Taxpayer Still Searching for Missing IRS Refund filed by black female felon When a Lewisville woman showed up at a tax preparation company looking for a $4,000 refund she says she never received, she found a locked door and a receptionist hiding behind a desk. Teresa Strafford said she went to Invidia Tax Immigration and Consulting Group LLC in North Dallas last year to do her taxes. She said she gave them her financial information but her taxes were filed without her knowledge or approval. She later learned the IRS had issued her a $4,000 refund. "I was like, 'I didn't get it,'” she said. “They were like, 'It was wired to your account.' I'm like, 'No it hasn't.'" Strafford said her preparer was company founder Nevada Alexander. Alexander is a convicted felon who has four active warrants for her arrest. The warrants are for probation violations for previous cases involving forgery and false statements. - (Black-on-white) |
