migrant factory gunman Pelayo Errasti is charged with assault - "was
hearing voices" The
man had been fired from Beltservice Corp. and said he had planned to kill his
former boss at the conveyor manufacturing plant. A former worker with a grudge
walked into a carrying a shotgun. Pelayo Errasti shot at - but missed -
the man he said he wanted to kill and wounded someone else by accident, police
said. The gunman held off tactical officers by putting his weapon to his head
and telling them he was hearing voices. Immigration officials did not return

Nigerian migrant gynecologist facing sex and fraud charges  Prosecutors
say they will file felony sexual-abuse and insurance-fraud charges today against
Dr. Charles Momah, a South King County gynecologist whose license was suspended
by state regulators a year ago after a patient accused him of rape. The criminal
charges join nearly four dozen civil lawsuits and 19 charges of unprofessional
conduct filed against Momah in the past year. Most of the civil cases have been

Doctor Ndolo, originally from Africa, indicted on statutory rape charges
Indicted and arrested: a Fairhope doctor faces second-degree rape charges. His
alleged victim: a fourteen-year-old girl.
Dr. Joseph Ndolo
is not speaking on the second-degree statutory rape charge he faces. The 14-year-old
alleged victim told child protective service officers in Texas that
the doctor had raped her during a visit to Fairhope last summer. Investigators
traveled to Texas to interview the teen-aged girl and gather physical evidence.

witness identified as a terrorist organization. Prosecutors said Fawaz Damra,

connections to terrorist organizations when he applied for U.S. citizenship.
