Lowdown Illegal Mex Border Jumper Stabs to Death White Mother & Daughter
A 16-year-old illegal Mexican was arrested  on charges that he killed a mother and daughter in their south Nashville home, Metro police said.  Jose Presentacion Sosa, a former neighbor, is charged with two counts of homicide for the April 25 slayings of Lori Ann Rountree, 44, and her daughter, Adrien Rountree, 16.  Police said the bodies were found at the Creekside Drive home after Lori Ann Rountree, a nanny, didn't show up to work in Belle Meade. There was no answer at the door when Rountree's employer drove to the home, police said.  Sosa is expected to appear in court today, a relative said.  The teenager's fingerprints were in an FBI database.  The suspect was caught trying to sneak across the border from Mexico last year. He was jailed, fingerprinted and deported.   Police said they are still working to determine a motive. Sources say one possibility investigators are considering is that Lori Rountree walked in on Sosa trying to sexually assault her daughter.   GILA BEND, Ariz. -- Four Mexican men sit in the dirt with their wrists bound, shoulders hunched and eyes lowered to avoid the glare of the rising sun. The immigrants had been on their way to build a dairy farm in this town about an hour southwest of Phoenix. But after a traffic stop for a faulty brake light, members of a sheriff's task force targeting human and drug smugglers found they were not U.S. citizens. Now they were bound for federal custody.
  Beginning Wednesday, more illegal immigrants coming through Maricopa County could meet the same fate as the sheriff's department beefs up its efforts to find illegal immigrants. A 250-member posse that will operate similarly to the anti-smuggler task force will patrol the area for illegal immigrants who pay smugglers to cross through Arizona, the busiest illegal entry point along the 2,000-mile U.S.-Mexico border.
  The posse will be made up of existing sheriff's deputies and members of the department's 3,000-member posse reserve of trained, unpaid volunteers.

O'Leary said they left the party to have a discussion and walked to a secluded area. The sheriff's department reported the alleged sexual assault occurred under a bridge on Madrone Road in Glen Ellen at 11:40 p.m. Friday. The adult female victim called a neighbor who then called 911. • Civilian Border Patrol Operations Reported to Mexico
  LOS ANGELES — The U.S. Border Patrol is alerting the Mexican government to the locations of civilian border patrol groups when the organizations help detain suspected illegal immigrants or use violence against them. U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Mario Martinez told the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin of Ontario that the policy is meant to assure the Mexican government that so-called "migrants' rights" are being observed. The policy pertains to groups including the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps and the Friends of the Border Patrol, a Chino-based nonprofit. Minuteman members, however, said the Border Patrol's policy negates the private group's effectiveness and could endanger their lives. "Now we know why it seemed like Mexican officials knew where we were all the time," said Chris Simcox, the organization's founder. "It's unbelievable that our own government agency is sending intelligence to another country. They are sending intelligence to a nation where corruption runs rampant, and that could be getting into the hands of criminal cartels."

Migrant Medical Technician German Lopez-Joya Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Unconscious Patients
Fla. -- Detectives have arrested German Lopez-Joya, a medical technician who they say sexually assaulted at least two unconscious women while he was working as recovery room nurse.  On Feb. 3, 2005, a 38-year-old female patient awoke from anesthesia to discover Lopez-Joya sexually battering her. When the victim came completely out from under sedation, she immediately reported the incident to police. Detectives got corroborating statements from witnesses. Witnesses told investigators that they saw Lopez-Joya fondle at least one other patient, a 51-year-old female while she was under anesthesia. Execution Delayed for Mexican migrant rapist and serial 'Railroad Killer'
HOUSTON — Next month's scheduled execution of a Mexican drifter dubbed the "Railroad Killer" has been delayed to allow more psychiatric testing. The change from May 10 to June 27 came after attorneys for Angel Maturino Resendiz filed reports from two experts who concluded that he is delusional, schizophrenic and has a brain disorder, Harris County Assistant District Attorney Roe Wilson said Wednesday.  Prosecutors contend that the 45-year-old Mexican citizen is sane and is manipulating the courts. Maturino Resendiz was condemned for the 1998 murder of Dr. Claudia Benton, 39, who was raped, stabbed and beaten in her Houston-area home. Illegal Alien Serial Rapist Israel Bustamonte Gets 80 Years free room and board for raping four women
A man charged with raping four women in the East Bay won't be eligible for parole for almost seven decades as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. Israel Bustamonte pleaded no contest yesterday to ten counts of rape and sexual assault in an agreement with the district attorney's office. He's facing 80 years in prison. If Bustamonte were ever released, he would face deportation because he's not a U.S. citizen, Wellman said.

Canada: Black African Sudanese Migrant Hog carcase cleaner and HIV suspect faces two more counts of sexual assault
An HIV-positive man accused of having unprotected sex without telling his partners may have done so with more than 25 women in the past two years, police say.  Police announced yesterday they've charged 28-year-old Clato Lual Mabior with three additional counts of aggravated sexual assault and two additional counts of forcible confinement after two more of the man's alleged victims came forward this week. The women claim the crimes occurred last year. Mabior was initially charged with one count each of aggravated sexual assault, forcible confinement and uttering threats after a 17-year-old girl told police he sexually assaulted and threatened her inside his Sherbrook Street home on Sunday morning.
