Mob of black savages attacks (White) brothers after Kipona fireworks: Harrisburg police chief HARRISBURG- A large group of juveniles "savagely assaulted" two Newville brothers who had visited the city to watch fireworks at the Kipona festival. The victims, ages 16 and 19, were jumped near Third and Walnut streets as they walked to their vehicle after the fireworks ended Sunday night, Carter said. The younger brother suffered a possible broken jaw, he said. The older brother tried to shield his younger brother from the attack and suffered bruising and swelling, he said. The victims were able to run away from the group of attackers, who represented an overwhelming threat because of their sheer number, Carter said. The beatdown also had a "racial overtone," to it, Carter said. He said the attackers, who were black, yelled racial comments at the white victims, who had been "minding their own business." The attackers could be the same group that went on a wilding in midtown Saturday night, jumping on cars, smashing vehicle mirrors and ransacking a convenience store, Carter said. - (Black-on-white) |

Three Good Samaritans helped Polk County Deputy Mike Walsh fight off a (black) suspect who attacked him WINTER HAVEN, Fl - The Polk County Sheriff's Office is publicly thanking the three Good Samaritans who came to the aid of Deputy Sheriff Mike Walsh on Sunday when they witnessed a suspect, Corey Johnson, beating up Deputy Walsh and then fleeing on foot. George Cooper, Antonio Velazquez, and Christopher Carver were the three Good Samaritans. "There are people in this world who have no respect for the law, or for the peacekeepers and those who are sworn to uphold the law," said Sheriff Grady Judd. "Yes, some of those people live right here in Polk County. But we also are blessed that there are people in this county who support law enforcement and first responders. When they see something, they say something - or they do something. These three men, who do not know each other or Deputy Walsh, probably had better things to do on a Sunday morning than jump out of their cars to help catch a violent fleeing suspect. We can never thank them enough for their selfless actions. George Cooper, Antonio Velazquez, and Christopher Carver - you are our heroes." The incident took place around 9 a.m. on Sunday. - (Black-on-white) |

New trial slated for (black) man in 1995 deaths of 3 (White) firefighters PITTSBURGH —The Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided against hearing an appeal of a lower court's decision to grant a new trial to a man in the deaths of three Pittsburgh firefighters two decades ago. (Brutal black) Staunton teen to be tried in slaying (of mentally disabled White man) STAUNTON — Nearly 16 months after a city worker found the body of a mentally disabled Staunton man who was stabbed 11 times in the head and eight times in the neck, the teen accused in the killing will stand trial Tuesday on a charge of first-degree murder. Isaiah D. Stuart, 17, of Staunton, is charged in the slaying of 26-year-old Julian Parrott, killed in May 2014 on the city's public golf course in Staunton. The case has seen delays in part because of two psychological evaluations and a postponement in July by Stuart's defense attorney, who asked that the trial be pushed back when personal family issues arose. Based on evidence heard at Stuart's preliminary hearing last summer, police said the suspect, 16 at the time, told them he met Parrott the night of May 7, 2014, at the golf course in Gypsy Hill Park. Stuart claimed Parrott paid him for sexual favors in the past, and said on the night in question he again met with Parrott for sex. Based on police testimony, Stuart claimed he refused the alleged sex request. Stuart said Parrott, in an effort to get him to stay, grabbed him as he tried to leave. Stuart told police he responded by pulling a knife and stabbing Parrott multiple times. A city employee cutting grass near the golf course's 18th hole discovered Parrott's body the next morning. An autopsy report revealed Parrott was stabbed 11 times in the head and eight times in the neck. Parrott also had numerous cuts to his upper extremities, which were consistent with defensive wounds. In all, he was stabbed or cut 35 times, according to a report. - (Black-on-white) |

“It’s just wrong, I mean, he’s an animal and animals should be kept in cages,” Murphy said. | ||
Leicester Police Rally Public To Keep Convicted (black) Killer In Prison Raped and murdered his white girlfriend's White 9-yr-old daughter LEICESTER — The man responsible for what police call the worst crime in Leicester history is asking for parole, and police are doing everything they can to stop it. Marvin Cathy was sentenced to two life terms for the brutal murder of ex-girlfriend Debra Kucher and the rape and murder of her 9-year-old daughter Cassie. Cathy’s first parole hearing is scheduled for next week, so police chief Jim Hurley did something unusual. Hurley posted an online petition on the department’s Facebook page, asking members of the public who oppose the hearing to sign it. “I believe that this individual does not belong back on the street,” Hurley said. Leicester residents like Larry Murphy are not happy with the idea that a convicted murderer could be back on the streets. “It’s just wrong, I mean, he’s an animal and animals should be kept in cages,” Murphy said. Hurley says he believes in due process and rehabilitation, but after reviewing Cathy’s heinous crime and his prison disciplinary record in the 16 years since, Hurley still sees a public safety threat. Hurley is hoping people will also show up to the hearing. “The loudest voice in this is the voice of the public,” he said. “[Murphy] is a walking advertisement for why we should have [the death penalty],” said Murphy. Hundreds of people have already signed the petition. It will be presented to the parole board at the hearing. - (Black-on-white) |

Police Identify (black) Husband As Suspect In Killing of his very pregnant wife MAPLEWOOD, Minn. – Maplewood police are asking for the public’s help in locating the husband of a woman shot dead in the family’s townhouse. The couple was heard in a heated argument around 5:30 a.m., just before 41-year-old April Tennin was shot to death. Investigators named 31-year-old Todd Larry Tennin as a suspect in the killing. Tennin has an extensive criminal history and was out on parole from the Moose Lake Correctional Facility. Family and friends had the grievous task of gathering personal belongings for the Tennin’s three children. Neighbors awoke to the kids screaming out in the street that their mother was dead. “The impact on these kids is unimaginable,” Police Chief Paul Schnell said. Police say Todd Larry Tennin is wanted in connection with his wife’s death. Tennin remains on the run. Tennin has a lengthy criminal record, including assaults, child endangerment and weapons violations. He was released from prison on a firearms violation in 2014 and was still on parole with Department of Corrections when Sunday’s shooting occurred. “The circumstances are such that probable cause can be established in this case, making Tennin a suspect,” Schnell said. Family members of April Tennin are now caring for her three underage children. - (Black-on-white) |

Jury says 'guilty' in trial of (black ex-con) accused of drive-by slaying (of White woman) Brian W. Hill didn’t show any emotion on Friday when a Franklin County jury convicted him of killing a woman in a drive-by shooting last year in North Linden. He’s been through the experience before. In 1991, a jury found him guilty of aggravated murder for killing a man during a drug deal. Hill, 47, spent 18 years in prison for that slaying. This time, he could be sentenced to life without parole. The jury in the drive-by case convicted Hill of aggravated murder, attempted murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence. Patricia Pallenberg, 54, died when shots were fired into a truck in which she was a passenger on the night of Feb. 11, 2014. The driver of the truck was not injured. Witnesses at the trial included Hill’s co-defendant, Terry R. Nichols. He testified that he was driving a pickup truck with Hill as a passenger and told Hill to shoot at another truck, mistakenly thinking that the occupants included a man with whom he had a dispute. One bullet struck Pallenberg in the head. The driver of the truck that came under fire, Robert Beck, identified Hill in court as the shooter. - (Black-on-white) |

(Black) Man charged in fatal tire iron beating (of White man) near Magnolia Anthony Dwayne Rideau, 41, of Magnolia, was being held Wednesday on $300,000 bond on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, according to the county sheriff's office. Authorities allege that Rideau used a tire iron to batter and facture the skull of Aaron McMahon, 31, until he lost consciousness. Then, they allege, Rideau turned the weapon against the victim's 58-year-old father, Michael, who was "incoherent" when authorities got there. Emergency workers tried to resuscitate the son, but he was pronounced dead soon after arrival at a Tomball hospital. His father was also treated there for injuries that authorities said were incapacitating but not life-threatening. His condition was not available Wednesday evening. The McMahons were walking with their fishing poles and became upset when Rideau sped past them. As Rideau's Dodge Magnum passed, one of the McMahons tapped the car's windshield with his fishing rod and damaged it. Rideau told authorities that he was driving to get some food when he spotted the two fishermen and "moved to the side" to avoid them. But when he realized his windshield had been broken, he jerked his car to a stop and got out to confront the father and son. Their verbal disagreement soon turned "physical," a sworn search warrant affidavit says. Rideau said the McMahons punched him in the face and kicked his stomach before he returned to his car. He drove a few miles down the road and stopped, retrieving his tire iron as he exited his car again. He contends that he had seen the older man with a knife. At that point, the affidavit says, Rideau told authorities that he was in "gladiator mode." ..... When investigators asked Rideau why he returned to the scene of the confrontation, the affidavit states Rideau told them that he was the only black man living in that neighborhood and he wanted to "show" them that he was not someone to mess with. - (Black-on-white) |

('Gay' black racist) shooter (of 3 unarmed White victims) was ex-employee of news station The man who shot and killed a reporter and cameraman on live television this morning is believed to be a former employee of WDBJ in Virginia. Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe stated in a press conference that police have the man's name and license plate number, but had chosen not to release the information. Shortly thereafter, the man was identified by police as Vester Lee Flanagan. A source who was at the press conference at which Flanagan was identified as the suspect says, “He was described as a light skinned black male, with brown eyes and black hair, 6 foot 3 inches tall and approximately 250 pounds. They believe he is armed with a handgun.” McAuliffe says that police are in "active pursuit" of the suspected shooter and will likely have him in custody within the hour. Flanagan is said to be traveling on I-64, which runs east to west across Virginia. Little is known about Flanagan at this time, and it is unclear if he intended to target victims Allison Parker, 24, and James Ward, 27, or if he simply had a grudge against WDBJ in general. Flanagan also shot Vicki Gardner, a local chamber of commerce representative who was being interviewed on the air. She is currently undergoing surgery, and is expected to survive. - (Black-on-white) - (White lives matter! - web) - (White lives matter - images) |

Kelsie Schelling's boyfriend named person of interest in her disappearance in new court documents PUEBLO, Colo. - New court documents show Kelsie Schelling's boyfriend is considered a person of interest in the case – which contradicts earlier claims by the Pueblo Police Department. Schelling’s parents filed a lawsuit earlier this year accusing Donthe Lucas of "wrongful death" and Pueblo police investigators of "deliberately obstructing" the investigation of the "killing" of the pregnant Denver woman. Schelling vanished on the night of Feb. 4, 2013, after she drove to Pueblo to meet her boyfriend, Donthe Lucas, to tell him she was two months pregnant with his child. Lucas, a 6-foot-8 former basketball star at Pueblo's Central High School and Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, has never been arrested or charged in connection with her disappearance or presumed death. In new court documents, the lawyer representing the city and the officers named in the lawsuit said Lucas is a person of interest. Schelling’s body has not been found. - (Black-on-white) |
